Apart from being the complete midfielder, lately, his positioning and runs is that of a striker, not to mention his improved finishing, pretty much every attempt has been on target.
Who has the odds?Ballon dor?
Cmon broski. Not saying he isn't worthy of it. But it's a popularity award and only goes to the big spenders.Who has the odds?

Bro. You don't just believe any bullshit rumor that pops up before even the season ends. The renewal was meant to bring in revenue for us. He knows he owes the club and he is also confident in himself. All the best to him at City next season.
To me Deers is the only untouchable on the team since Pulisic's form has gone down possibly because tired while Tiji is extremely durable. He's pure class, great first touch and well timed runs in the middle of the pitch that often lead to scoring chances while he's being chased. Has surpassed everyone's expectations, a midfielder that is our highest scorer which doesn't happen very often.1) He's a better player than Tonali.
2) We must not understate his loyalty to the club, renewing until 2030 during a terrible season - when clubs like Man City & Liverpool in the UCL would probably double his wages.
3) Given his season & his profile, I wouldn't be surprised if we got a few offers in the summer. I thought Tonali for €60m + €10m was cheap, given TJ is better, anything less than a total package of €100m would be a farce. Profiles like Tiji who can play more than 40 full 90s a season and chipping in with goals is unique in the market. Hopefully our management is aware of this, as they would probably sell him for €50m if they got the chance ...
One month after my first wishes, I still wish him all the best at City next season. The renewal was meant to bring in revenue for us. He knows he owes the club and he is also confident in himself. All the best to him at City next season.
