i mean he kind of has done this exact thing you typed up. that hes done very well, all these players were nobodies and we kept bringing youngsters into the 11 throughout his tenure

sometimes it seemed like injuries forced it, but he did good overall with young players

fonseca is meant to be better at that tho. good luck
