I think he is gone if this happens. Maldini and co might not want him to go, but he has to go.
I can’t honestly believe management is stupid enough to think let’s put all our focus on winning the CL when you have to run through Napoli, probably Inter then one of Real Madrid or Man City. I get the optimism from fans but that’s probably unlikely.

Realistically finishing top 4 should be the primary objective. Pioli himself even said that a few weeks ago. All I ask is they hold him accountable and sack him if he misses out. You miss out on CL you lose that extra income plus possibly some of your core players.

But Adli isn't defensively poor. His entire time at Bordeaux was... the opposite of that narrative.

He's not an Ozil-like passenger. He's Hakan with natural talent.

Even if he was Ozil, which he isn't, Charles does nothing, no pressing, no attacking, nothing, so even if he was a burden, so is Charles, so why not try the one kid we know can pass? In the most... pass intensive position on the field?

Brighton is so fun to watch man

Can't wait til Milan play like this next season

Beautiful attacking football with promising youngsters with Encizo as the newest addition

We cannot play like this with Pioli unfortunately

There's no chance in hell that we will fire Pioli this summer

We are way ahead of schedule on our quest to return to the top and Pioli is a big reason for that
No we are not

i'm mean he’s still kinda on fire:proud:

😂 unfortunately, with Maldini I don’t think he is.
As fucked in the mind as he is, I think when your job is on the line, it does knock some common sense in your decision making. At least a little bit.

He’s still making choices of someone who is “free” and comfortable.

Former ref said that both Rebic foul and Lucumi handball should have been penalties.

Rebic foul he said: "...the VAR believed that the decision on the pitch should remain but it was a penalty for me."

Handball: "The arm is at 90 degrees to the figure. There is a touch of another part of the body, but this does not justify, but the penalty is absolutely punishable. It is quite complex for me to understand why the VAR did not intervene: the arm was really too large."

Just in case you guys wanted to debate about objective rules. A former ref might know them.

still dont know why this hasnt even been looked at

Pioli and Florenzi post-match brought it up that it wasn't even looked at. But a referee suspension for 2 games will solve the problem again, won't it? Doesn't matter to them we lost possible 2 points to another blatant mistake or two.

After Giacomelli’s (Roma) and Serra’s (Spezia) performances, my bar is just “I hope they don’t rob us blind”.

Also, I don’t think it’s a conspiracy, but a weird cycle of Serie A refs screwing up and compensating. Valeri and Marcenaro will probably penalize a foul like that next time after the media dissects the incident. It’s all about where we fall on that Serie A referee disgrace-redemption sequence every week.
Sigh…
