3-third year league champion after 11 years

I don’t know any manager in the world similar. Mourinho Porto and inter seasons , heynckes Bayern , ancelotti’s last year cl trophy (but with the most winner team of the world not a bunch of young guys) etc

If we use this logic, then we can call Pioli a fantastic manager for his beautiful football in 2020 and winning the Scudetto last season.

Both of them have potential but I feel that we need to see more sustain/consistent success from them before calling them elite.
