Why does this feel like a complex operation? How can I use the gifs I saved onto my phone?
I'm not sure but maybe you can upload the gifs to one of the supported sites like GIPHY, gifs.com. And then use the link for that.

I think they ruled it out. My guess is that they don’t anticipate that many events in Milan through the year to justify the cost. The museum and the new Milan shop also look smaller than I expected in the latest render, but from the framing of the presentation I think we’re planning on running the hotel ourselves, like a AC Milan themed boutique hotel. Makes a lot of sense since most of the people that come will be there for games or for the Milan experience. Might be wrong about this, but this is the sense I get from how it’s laid out.in that case, how will they host major non-football events that'll require an audience of 30k minimum? retractable pitch makes the most sense operationally but will require underground space (which they intend to use for car parking according to rumours). i mean that idea hasn't been officially ruled out yet.
Im still not buying the 3m cost of the land. I’m with you, there’s more to it we don’t know.still though, it's a commercial area with ready licenses to build commercial projects with high income... 300m for 300,000 m2 is only 1,000 euro per m2. So for 1,000 m2 it's worth 1m euro, which is relatively cheap (in comparison to commercial land with ready commercial licenses) in developed countries... it's only 10 km away from central Milano.
and that's based on the assumption of 300m which is on the higher end. it'd be more like 100-200m i'd say. but definitely not 3m (which is what they paid in rumours). that 3m purchase cannot include the ownership of 300,000 m2 of land. no way. absolutely no way. i probably just don't understand how it works in italy for such kind of projects.

The 200 million you read about is a planned increase of capital in the next years.still though, it's a commercial area with ready licenses to build commercial projects with high income... 300m for 300,000 m2 is only 1,000 euro per m2. Pesky Muslims...I think Carvajal? I have no idea what the context is. Probably from some secret meeting of Muslims.
yea but who in their right mind would buy something so expensive without making sure the plans are legit ?Inter have a huge incentive to make it seem like they’re only a step away from having a stadium. This helps them get investors on board, or to eventually find someone to buy the club outright before the Oaktree repossession. This explains the delusion and the media hype, since they’re doing everything they can to improve their image.

It's really interesting seeing who you go to bat for.Secondly, the religion prohibiting them from gambling doesn’t absolve them of that possibility lol.
There are Muslims who can break the law, even their religious laws. Literally 90% of my Muslims friends drink, which is apparently haram after all.
