I think they ruled it out. My guess is that they don’t anticipate that many events in Milan through the year to justify the cost. The museum and the new Milan shop also look smaller than I expected in the latest render, but from the framing of the presentation I think we’re planning on running the hotel ourselves, like a AC Milan themed boutique hotel. Makes a lot of sense since most of the people that come will be there for games or for the Milan experience. Might be wrong about this, but this is the sense I get from how it’s laid out.

They bought `Sport Life City which owned most of the land for like 10-12 mil. And then they paid 3 mil for some more land. The total must be around 15-17 mil.

But generally land outside the city can be much, much cheaper. Think of farms outside the the city. The farmers that own that those lands aren't billionaires.

The 200 million you read about is a planned increase of capital in the next years.
