What happened
The Florida storm since his place's right near its path but iirc he said he went north to Georgia

There were some tornados and flooding but they say that overall it was a lot better than initially anticipated so here's hoping everything's fine

Gazidis was the glue that held everything together, not Maldini. This isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact.
"I don’t think words are needed to describe the cultural and managerial value that Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara – in particular the combination of the two – have brought to Milan"

"I hired Paolo Maldini not once or two times. I did it three times, including the last renewal on which I expressed a favourable opinion to the new owners."
- Gazidis

Burn heretic, you treacherous heathen

Club would 100% be in a better place if y'all didn't support usurping the throne.

Bring back Prince Daniel, star of the azzurri to restore the clubs natural order. Drive out these barbarians that rather watch tennis

Gazidis literally glued Maldini to Milan until he couldn't. :(

Maldini came before Gadzidis, Il Capitano complained about an absence of communication even in Gadzidis area, they just can't fire him, beacause of the circumstances back at that time, it's a lie.

[Schira] Fabio Capello pokes at Fonseca and Leao: "In my Milan you knew who took the penalties and who was chosen kicked them: there were no fancy shots. The champions of that Milan were so committed. Now we see players who are satisfied. An example? One starts with an L..."
Doesn’t this noob know players who are satisfied should be elevated by tactics? :o

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
Milan fans in here don't understand this, how are we gonna expect some dude in America to do it
Too many have fixated on the stadium if it ever happens be it under RedBird or new owners. So many have been happy to throw away Milan’s heritage and prestige for a thought process built around financial stability.

And while I appreciate financial stability and would have loved B&G to embrace better financial management along with marketing the club more effectively, building its brand and owning its own stadium.

You cannot casually dismiss the people who made Milan what it is and what it represents for Milanista’s. Milan is so much more than a football club it has a culture and heritage that no other club can rival.

Above all else it demonstrates a passion for Calcio and what Italian football represents it is the beating heart and pulsating blood stream of everything Serie A stands for.

I wish people would stop going on about how Milan should be doing better due to the poor quality of the league. With performance proof and Euro trophies from the likes of Atalanta and Roma, Finals and near misses from Fiorentina and Inter and the way Napoli played in their run to the semi to meet us it’s just simply not a valid argument as results and extra CL spaces prove this from last 3 years. If anything we are probably struggling because the standard is higher than before

Maldini orphans getting triggered by this 😂😂😂

Get a fucking grip already. All your crying isn’t gonna bring him back or change the fact that his last season here was a failure. Yes, a FAILURE. If it wasn’t for Juventus being Juventus, we would have missed on CL and he played a part in that by extending Pioli and having a shambolic transfer market.

Gazidis was the glue that held everything together, not Maldini. This isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact.

I love Maldini but this team doesn’t need Maldini, it needs a proper competitive SD. Maldini would be an asset if he’s willing to take a less prominent role and support the SD, but him as the main SD? It’s not gonna work out.

All these crying about how Maldini being here would make things so much better is copium and irrational thinking at its finest.

We need a better SD, a better scout, a better coach before bringing Maldini back.

Give me a break

It's insane how people on here forgot about the regression from the title winning team. You're absolutely right, if Juve didn't get punished, we'd miss out on CL and it would result in massive losses. We don't have two Tonali's to sell.

Speaking of, I hope @pippofan is alright.
Thanks. Just got back home like an hour ago after 3 nights sleeping at motels in Georgia. Turns out my condo suffered no damage and got electricity and water back. The water needs to be boiled until Monday but I use the bottled ones from stores, so no problem.
So everything worked out for me but many others were not so fortunate.

Who do you replace him with?
And don't say Scalvini, because Atalanta are asking for €60M for him.
I don’t know. Tomori is a bozo. He’s not fit to start for a top four club. I don’t even know what kind of team this management wants to build. It’s all over the place.

We extended him end of 2021, when the scars were showing. We were winning games based on aura and individual brilliance but we didn’t play well. Those Chelsea matches were inexcusable as well.

It wasn’t immediately after the scudetto.

Very good from him to talk about mental health issues. And like he says, it doesn't matter who you are or what situation you're in, it can come for you.

I had really bad days like 10-12 years ago. This place and Milan helped a lot.
I was medically diagnosed with depression around 10/11 years and been through a lot of counseling and had a repeat prescription for Flouxetine(Prozac) for around 8 years.

Between medication, counseling and a lot of self help, I manage the fight with the black dog pretty well; but life can fucking bring you down man!!!!

I've spoken with a few guys in DM here, it's really good to talk, but really hard to open yourself up to potentially being weak or a "pussy".

But fuck it, we fight daily, we survived and thrive... There's nothing pussy-like about living life like that. It takes strength, will power and purpose to keep going sometime!!!

Folk can joke about it, but male me tal health issues is a real fucking problem.

I support two charities, Boys Get Sad Too and Tiny Changes, through that it's got me more involved in social work and childrens therapy through play, trying to help kids understand and deal better with their emotions.

If you're an alpha male and not a pussy, awesome for you bro... But us real men will continue to open up, talk, cry and fight our own wars.

I'm here in DM if anyone wants to talk...

But, supporting Milan isn't good for your moods, you need to know this lol.

And fuck Gerry!!!

Next Commode Name: Gerry Wonka and his Chocolate Factory. :ibralol:
Is this the Leonardo who spent a lot of money on Piatek, Paqueta, Caldara, Laxalt, Bakayoko, Higuain?

And then when Singer screwed down the faucet he ran away to Paris :fp:

At that moment it was perfectly logical to renew him after winning the Scudetto.
We extended him end of October 21' after being humiliated by Chelsea twice in the CL and 2 days after a defeat to Torino in Serie A.
