The injury crisis is just too overwhelming. We would have won the game if we had either Mandzukic or Ibra. 5th place is now around 6 or 7 points away with 39 points left to play for.

 All those time when fluent build-up play and great combinations led to clear goal scoring opportunities that would've resulted in goals had we had a true CF on the pitch.

Only four U21 players have at least 5 goals and 5 assists in the 'top five' European leagues.

➤@RafaeLeao7
➤ Pedro Neto
➤ Amine Gouiri
➤ Jadon Sancho

Are we playing in the U21 league?

I don't wanna hate on Leao, but it's hard for me to comprehend how can a young player just walk around the pitch so much and go invisible.

Hauge isn't clicking yet, but at least you can see that he's always running, pressing, trying.

Those crosses would have found the head of Ibra or Mandzukic at least some of the time. Leao is just useless in the air and doesn't have the killer instinct or timing to be able to anticipate where he needs to be in the box to attack the ball. He just stands with the defender and thinks that's enough. I used to think that he can be a CF to replace Ibra next year, I don't think so anymore. He can be devastating in space, but we can't always play against those types of teams.

Badfella is so annoying these days
The way he defends pioli, as if that bald fraud isnt known to have good spells in his previous clubs followed by some disasterclass

Once a mediocre coach always a mediocre coach.

Hire someone from a cycling background. Best fitness coaches around. With and without the doping. Maybe the players can start having asthma and get TUE

We're Milan, we ALWAYS have an injury crisis. And we only bring in Mandzukic for a crucial spot in winter. Not good enough IMO to trust 2 older players to carry us through EL, and the rest of the season without having injuries or needing rest. Leao is not a real striker, Rebic can do it but also not a real striker. I doubt Colombo would have done anything special either but I'm not sure we should have loaned him if we're this sparse on strikers at the moment.

Leao does CF against open teams (like Sassuolo-Lazio), but in packed defence not. Only Ibra can among Milan players.

Leao does fuckall as a CF/ST against any team..beta niang

I?ve said this before but people said our project is for the future so be patient.

I would be patient he shows some semblance of ability to do anything to contribute to the teams other than just the stuff he wants to do. Or maybe if he could play consistently well at either lw or cf.

Everytime we throw him in the game, it?s basically hope for the best and that he has one of his bright moments. If not then he?s going to jog and walk around, completely disinterested.

Might be a coincidence but I feel like Leao dropped of in terms of form since he fancies himself a rapper.

Too much shit in all your posts, beta poster.

so you're saying Leao is playing well centrally?

He played 12 games as a CF, 2 games as SS, 1 as AM (only counting the games that he started there, not the games where he was moved there in the middle of the game).
That's a total of 15 games (10 starts, 5 subs from the bench) or if you'd like in minutes, that's 825 minutes. He's got a total of 4 goals and 2 assists or if you'd like to get a ratio from that, it's a goal contribution every 137,5 minutes.
If you take into consideration that he played vs these teams:
good: Sassuolo, Lazio, Juventus, Inter, Roma
farmers: Celtic, 2x Sparta, Crvena Zvezda, Rio Ave, Benevento, Torino, Bologna, Crotone, Udinese

He scored versus Sparta, Sassuolo, Benevento, Torino and assisted vs Juve and Bologna.
So against every shitter, he did FUCK ALL.
He could justify his shitty performances by putting his heart on the pitch, closing down opponents, fighting for every ball (let me think who does that regardless if he's shit or not..oh yea Rebic) you could understand..but having such numbers while jogging up top makes you a fucking bad player.

Tell me again how Leao is a good player just unlucky or whatever bullshit reason you'll find?
I really hope Maldini has some sense and gets rid of him this summer while he's still worth a dime or two. Leao will never be a top player cause he doesn't have everything sorted in his head. That's why player such as Rebic etc. will always be superior to him cause they contribute WAY MORE to the team that Rafa will ever do.
I hope Mandzukic returns soon so Leao can return back to the bench where he belongs for the foreseeable future

Fire all medical/fitness staff, dismantle the entire Milan Lab and build a new modern one from scratch. It has been dated and crap for more than a decade

We haven't qualified yet. Plenty of hard games left and the team is losing their mojo fast. Also, without Ibra we are anemic in attack as always. If we do in fact qualify for CL we should keep Pioli, if not, then I would be OK swapping Pioli but only if somebody better is available. Like for like swaps with coach are actually a step back so no thanks on that.

This is the issue. We were never a club that used to constantly change coaches. That was the likes of Inter and look how they suffered. Despite spending hundreds of millions they never really had anything to show for it over the last 30 years.

Even if we don't qualify for the UCL. I'm more than happy to see Pioli as our Coach next season.

We need to sack him even if we make it to CL. Maybe I'm not a believer but to me the magic is clearly gone. We won't have another good run like last year and should expect more bad games like recently.

Pioli needs to go, for Inzaghi or any nobody, I don't care, he just needs to go.

If anything that counts as a reason to actually keep him. If he can do that with an average bunch of players. Imagine the possibilities if we start upgrading the starting XI and bench.

Calling people a beta poster when you threw a tantrum, "quit the forum" and comes back within less than a day after saying to us to enjoy our team losing upcoming matches.

Yeah, it's not just bad luck. It's a combination of factors including a) how we had played post-lockdown intensity-wise, b) the hectic non-stop schedules since with typically two games a week and a short summer break, c) recovering players being rushed back and then triggering the issue again, and d) whatever the hell the team handling injuries is doing wrong.

Totally agree 100%. Pioli resta

He more than deserves another season with us. Call me crazy but i highly doubt we are not qualifying for CL
