Even with Pobega returning that's a lot of pressure on him to come in & replace Kessie straight away.I do not understand Renato's rumors with Pobega coming back next season.
That acceleration was nutsAnyone have a video or gif of Tonali heading the ball to himself as a through ball against Lazio ?
Idk feels like we have this one locked up
(I’ll believe it when I see it happen. Feels a bit too good to be true)
Yes, I know, they're owned by some mysterious fund. They’re not.
I remember also Lille's president was saying that Elliot want to keep Lille. The club's new parent company, Merlyn Partners SCSp, is a special limited partnership based in Luxembourg of which we only know the identity of the general partner (Merlyn Partners GP) but not the limited partner(s) who remain(s) anonymous.
Starting midfield would be Bennacer - Tonali. That's ok in terms of pressure.Even with Pobega returning that's a lot of pressure on him to come in & replace Kessie straight away.
Will be more satisfying beating lazio merda and juve to the cupJuve got an easy road to the Coppa Italia final.
might be his best season in terms of efficiency if he continues like thisGiroud 10 goals in 13 starts
+ adli as our camBakayoko is probably out.
We will have Pobega, Tonali, Krunic, Bennacer and Mr X( Renato)
RW is definitely the top of the list to address in the summer.+ adli as our cam
Now rw
meh all these players are super talented its about providing them the right environment and nurturing their mentalityView attachment 1481View attachment 1482
Doesn't seem like big misses imo. Simakan is decent but Kabak I was always glad we didn't get
what % of those are Oprah gif?boost post since i am 3 posts from 30k
Liverpool also tried him, given their style of play I don‘t really question what our scouting saw in him. Imo seems more like right type but just doesn‘t perform good enough.Kind of a bad mark on our scouting if we had him on our shortlist though…
The whole combo was great and such a Pioli-ball classicGiroud movement for the third goal was really good.. I don't think Lazio defence saw him until just before the goal.. He reminds me of Pippo..
Adli and even Renato could play CAM or form a mid of 3 in a 4-3-3.I do not understand Renato's rumors with Pobega coming back next season.
yeah, there's plenty of coaching talent in Italy atm... I think someone like Miha would be perfect for them now, when the spirits are low... he's a good motivatorIf AS Roma management is smart, they are going to fire his ass asap and hire someone like Italiano or Juric. Unless they prefer to be stuck into the past, you know...
Edit: oops, triple post.
That said, we just need to play 3 more games to complete all the top seven.
Lazio, Atalanta and Napoli. If our squad stays fit, I don't fear any of them.
You know what they say... the biggest dicks slap the hardest.I'd act surprised...but these lot have been dickslapping the whole of serie A for 18 months str8.
This is the Moneyball way. You don't buy expensive all-round star players, but those that excel at particular aspects of the game that fit your puzzle. We're doing the same. Man City / PSG / Galacticos way is just overkill and didn't really work for either team lolThe thing with Liverpool buys, is that I feel like it's more to do with players who can fit Klopp's high press system than anything else.
Minamino and Jota aren't particularly talented players, but because they fit his system, they look like world beaters.
Luis Diaz wasn't a name that set the world alight, but perhaps his characteristics just happen to fit what Jergen is looking for (attacking wingers who press intensely from the front).
That said, I think that Mane and Salah are exceptional talents that cannot be replicated.
If you take those two out of Liverpools system, their backups don't affect opponents the same way.
such a drama queen this Sam
Minaminio was clearly a case of fits the system and had expirience wit similar tactics and was also dirt cheap. Still one of their weakest players though. The thing with Liverpool buys, is that I feel like it's more to do with players who can fit Klopp's high press system than anything else.
