1. Winning trophy / go through later stages in ULC
2. Selling match tickets / jerseys
3. Broadcasting
4. Sponsorship
5. Etc.

And the main source of huge money that Man City and PSG spend in every transfer market

Being weak technically on paper doesn't mean they are the least talented.
It just means that other teams did not do their scouting properly.

Leicester had Mahrez, Vardy, Kante and Schmeichel when they won the Premier League.
They also beat all the big teams on their way to the top.
Just cause the players were unknown at the time doesn't mean they were "least talented"
