I agree with most things you said and I think we'll be a lot stronger. However, we could make a big leap by signing a quality CM/AM and quality RW right away. We need quality and consistency.

To me, our RW is the biggest hole in our squad. Adli's potential is insane. If your goal is to challenge for the CL next year, then sure, getting a more experienced CAM is important--the issue is that there are very few of them around. Renato, alone, would provide that option however.

I think Adli/Renato is an incredible set of options. Either one of them can play as a real CM, and can play as wingers, even. Adli can play like a Hakan-style LW, while Renato is just... He's just super talented, he just has wet noodle hamstrings.
