Kind of. On the Italian forum I follow, I see a lot of negativism directed at management (#elliottout). In doing, so they indirectly dump on the team. This is all tolerated.
Back to the Italian forum, for most of last year the #elliottout mantra was "with Elliott we will never win anything" and "who cares if Inter has financial problems, they have the scudetto". and "I would be happier with a scudetto even if it means having financial problems". Not sure if they realize how much their credibility has been compromised. Or perhaps they do, which is why they seem desperate to justify themselves. Now the story is "we won despite Elliott" or "we just got lucky". I see some of this on this forum as well, but not nearly at the same level.
