Amazes me how my home country (England) is so shit at hiring managers, so many decades of mismanagement. So many talented players coming through, but there is never any structure or balance to the squad.
What happens with the bundesfodder? usually they're the one who give thrashing with sensational scoreline, never expected them to be on the receiving end of it
