How about this guys?
With De Jong and Kucka as BWM we can easily control the ball. Bona shows he can only play as a Winger not a CM, Suso is a kid with some talent.
Then our attackers take care of the rest.
This is the best line up we can have right now.

Would prefer Anto at LB and DES at RB cause Abate is shit, but Anto's injured. Don't want to start Calabria in a derby either.
Bona seems to be gaining form so he should start ahead of Honda at CAM.
RCM can only be Kucka as Monto and Poli are crap. Maybe we could try Honda there, but you don't experiment in a derby.
Zapata ahead of Ely as I don't want nerves to get the best of him in such an important match.

Our playmaker role behind the attackers is still not well defined and considering its importance especially since we don't have a deep playmaker, it's very worrying that we still don't know who's the starter and who'll play there against Inter.
It seems that leaving aside Suso who has lost the race, right now it's a coin toss between Honda and Bonaventura.

Bertolacci has left Italy's training camp due to injury and will miss the Bulgaria game. He is reportedly doubtful for the derby too
Bertolacci had an initial examination today at Milanello to know the extent of his injury. He is highly doubtful for the derby #Milannews
I really can't see Miha putting Balo in at CAM for this game. Inter are too good a team to try this experiment out. Maybe against Palermo the next week we could get away with it. Inter don't have a great offensive midfield(Except when Guarin has his one rare game everyone once in a while where he is world class) but they do have a very good defensive midfield. Balo isn't going to be able to dribble past them very easily and to my knowledge, he isn't a tremendous passer either. Off topic but I would love to see a fight between Melo and Dedication. That would be some entertaining shit.

It won't happen for the first time in the derby... but it might happen eventually. Mihajlovic worked 3, and sometimes 4, strikers onto the pitch with Sampdoria, even though his team still played as if it had 4 midfielders

Can it wait until we see who is going to begin for both sides? There are still a lot possibilities for injuries since it is the NT pause.
Everything right now screams of a goalless draw to me, Inter having the possession but doing nothing with it, Milan waiting to get a quick counterattack on.
I do hope that both Jovetic and Bacca make it alive through the nt games, because these two are the main source of entertainment, without them this derby has the potential to be a shitty one.
If anything changes i will change my prediction, but both Milan teams are still not playing as good as they could. I do hope i am wrong and that the game will be full of goals, because my fondest football memories are inter-milan derbies

The Monto fit thing is just a dream that will never happen, his body is broken. And even fully fit he is still a liability, his passing is average(we have that in NDJ) and his positioning + tackling are bellow average(we have plain old averrage in NDJ so again we don't need him)
Also international breaks suck monkey balls.
