I do hope he extends. The idea of Mexes being one half of our CB-duo, is frightening. He will always have excellent matches, but he is half-crazy.

Dunno, along with brain power he also seems to be slightly over confident Like trying to make impossible interceptions like the one vs Germany IIRC.

I wish nesta could keep him on a leash or something in that regard since his over ambitious interceptions he usually tries cost us counters against.

He did wore it last season in some games too. He just doesnt start a game from the begining as our captain.
