I'm glad more people are starting to see this - sometime around the first 2-3 episode of season 5 it started going down hill and hasn't recovered since. It's now a weird mix of pointless deaths and constant set up. Every episode is setting something up 8 episodes later except there aren't that many characters left to actually care about. Mostly everything that I liked in the first 3-4 seasons has changed for the worse.

I actually didn't know that people ever rated this show for anything other than the nudity.

Rest is just sloppy adoption of GRRM's masterful material and really poor attempts to extend the storylines where GRRM hasn't gone before.

But the nudes should still keep the ratings high till season 8.
