Yeah when Cristiano plays there is less fluidity in attack, hes not a very intelligent player in the buildup but hes simply a goal machine.
Isco played in the false nine position, because Carlo couldnt fit him in midfield due to his bad defensive characteristics. hes been in bad form in the past months but this was a sign he's improving.
Varane is just a rock, hes the perfect defender honestly. and Carvajal needs to play for the NT, the guy owns that rightback position.

No Im saying City is much stronger in other parts of the pitch. They have the much better defense. Fernandinho brings dynamism and ability to win the ball that the likes of Garcia isnt near and Aguero can hurt Barcas defense. Barca as great as they are going forward, they can be hurt at the back

Saw last 20 min, should've been 4-1 instead they hit the post. Great game and Barca left SOOOOOOOOOO much space it's riduclous. Also, this Varela guy did good job.
