Yeah, I see Arsenal really enjoyed all the fruits in the field of taking their time with Van Persie...oh wait.

With out RVP, arsenal would never have been in the CL. SO he actually helped them massively and carried their very mediocre team. Again, because of him, they are in the CL this year. When I imagine, its going to be an extremely tough thing for them do do now considering without him, Tottenham, Chelsea, Man utd, Man city all look stronger.

Anyway, Id rather be optimistic about one of the few talents we have who can contribute right now considering he is well on his way to playing again.

And, obviously whats best for milan is most important. So if PAtos problems continue and we can get a player of that quality who plays. Then I will be happy. Even though pato is my favourite milan player

Do you think Berlusconi gives a shit about his daughters boyfriend?

of course he does

maybe not because he cares for her boyfriend, but because he cares about his daughter

Berlusconi is too power driven and up his own ass to care about things that normal fathers would...

huntelaar is a perfect CF, too bad, we never had enough creativity to support him during his brief stint with us. Maybe now with our current midfield he might have been useful, u guys reckon hunty and a guy like robinho would work?

klass better than pato..... Lol. The same guy who had Beckham, pirlo and ronaldinho supporting him. God people forget quickly how bad some players are.
and scoring that many goals in that league, good job definitely. But even robinho would come close.

This is going to be patos year, you will all see.
The current injury has put out of the game for so long as a precaution, not because it was a serious.
I want to see the Pato of the past, the speed, the 'skill' and the goal scoring.

Forza pato!!!!!!

Jordan's talking about Pato here....

you could legitimately say... the effect jordan had on future generations bball players getting paid off potential. Ronaldo Fenomeno had on the footballing world and specifically young brazilians, with gigantic sponsorship deals when they've accomplished jack yet.

you and MJ are right

pato in the ad :fp:

But i am kind of happy for them.. they dont have to struggle .. if they love it and they are tough they will elevate it, for every generation forthcoming generation is punks :D

there are so many players whose heads are screwed correctly on their shoulders

i agree with what you say

I mean, those random Brazilian kids that commoders hype (and put on formations) from time to time... If at least it was the guys who are playing and really doing fine in the League, helping their teams, but no... Most of the time are kids in academies, who didn't even play a professional game.

How the fuck those kids hit the media - mainstream media in Europe - more than actual professional players? Really beats me what's behind those kids. Powerful agents probably.

If Pato leaves, we lose that sparkle a team like Milan has.

At this point, NobodyShouldCare about sparkle. We've already lost that anyway. It's not important.

This is going to be patos year, you will all see

If he becomes our top scorer this season, I will permanently put "I am Milanista2020's bitch" as my sig.

that are connected to media houses that publish football news. if you can get enough people talking about "how good dybal is" for example, it becomes gold even if he's shit. the main prize for agents is the clubs themselves. media and even commoders are just tools.

Thats not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about the likes of Pato, Ganso, Neymar etc.

They were all HEAVILY sponsored by nike and other corporations before ever accomplishing anything. Neymar is proving to be the exception, but the other two, not so much.

In the past.... rivaldo, cafu, previous generations did not receive these corporate sponsorships etc. until they'd proven to be 'stars' like say... kaka.

They are receiving money and praise on potential, not accomplishments. And that's dangerous because it is likely to kill your motivation.

i honestly think pato's injuries are just a cover up for milan lab to finish developing pato's body. look at this recent injury. pato got "injured" during training. there is no footage of this or anything. it just happened out of no where and now hes supposed to be ready to start vs cagliari? pato's injuries are very weird

galliani's comments make it seem like its good news....so is this good news or bad news to u?

to me, its worse news... because pato's getting injured every where, so quickly... before he had a recurring problem on a certain muscle, now he's breaking down all over.......

i really cannot see how this is good news for pato...

Nothing is as demoralizing and aggravating as a recurring injury. When it comes to Patos former injury it has been shown that the repetition of thigh injury has shown debilitation. If there is a new problem hopes are that it can be treated in the right manners to start with and thus avoid reoccurrence.

So the gist is; its relatively good news.

Change the headline in the poll, it should say: How many weeks will Pato be injured in 2012-13?
