reina needs to start next game

Yes. This is what I want as well.

But what burns more, having him starting or having a 19 year old twat that makes all that money on the bench?

Unless he takes a huge pay cut no one will take him off our hands. I think he is the 5-6th highest earner in the league.

When the coach loses the players it's time to say goodbye without asking questions. But shortsightedness is THE worst thing when it comes to football. I know Rino isn't a WC coach or anywhere near that (are any of those ready to take over btw?), but I'd love to have him grow with us as we continue building the squad.

It doesn't only take six months or even one year to implement your ideas, especially when you operate in an chaotic environment. Changing coach must be one of the last actions - and u guys wanna fire him one game into the season.

Why am I even bothering

bro if his ideas include building play from the back with this crop of players, then he's not suited for coaching let alone milan.

I'm not even mad about the result, milan taking Ls is a normal thing, it's the mornic tactics that made me lose any faith I had in him.

also his value will decrease even more this season, i was saying we should of sold him because i knew this would happen

Good stuff bro. Where I live we can use charcoal.

Where do you live? I think maybe my associates needs to make ur government "aware" that charcoal, particularly its smoke, is not good for your environment.

You can't let one game affect you like that breh..

Like I said in another post in his thread, I think this summer was all about fitness. We'll get better as the season progresses when it comes to passing.

And tbh, Napoli did an excellent job, gotta give them that.

The only bad passer in our defense is Donna, I don´t know what is so bad about building from the back, of course it is riskier than long balls but you draw the opponent in your half too and create space for the attackers.

I wish we had a GK who is good with his feet, it was not very wise to get Reina in this regard because he shares Donna´s weaknesses.

I don't even know when we had the chance to sell him. I think all the rumors about PSG, Real, Juve etc were BS.

In hindsight, what we should have done was not extending his contract and letting him leave this summer to Empoli or something for free.

Jokes aside, maybe he'll turn in to a great keeper, like I said above shortsightedness is not a good thing. But. He. Makes. Too. Much. Money. It's really annoying.

I think you know I've been predicting he won't last half a season all summer, it's not 1 game.

I also criticized his game management last season, but his tactics & game management against napoli were just plain idiotic, he came off looking like a moron.

you guys just look at 3-2, we were lucky to be up 2-0, and napoli were absolutely terrible at finishing their chances, this should have ended 6-2.

Do you get ass whopping everyday in real life?

Because your attitude toward others not only condescending but totally poor.

Dude if you read something you don’t like then move on and leave the FFP experts alone.

The draw is this Thursday so it should start up in the next few weeks. Milan play on Friday this week so you don't have to wait long for the misery.

Ohh I agree totally about that. Read my posts in the other threads. I think we looked bad all game.

Reading some quotes from Rino now where he think we looked good the first 55 minutes and that's of course worrying.

Calabria has to improve in that regard but is more a matter of inconsistency than inability, RR wasn't that bad in my opinion.

Overall i liked that approach and we will gain more security with rythm, it would be stupid not to use this potential of our players.

Is this based on the Harvard researcher that came out last week? Find it hard to buy that considering they were tryna make sugar look good whilst completely shitting on any high fat diets not too long ago

i know people who have had much success reducing their cholesterol significantly using coconut oil

Fools keep looking backing to the jan-march form where we played a bunch of nobodies :fp:

Should have been sacked after the humiliation vs arsenal... But on top of that he couldn't even get a win vs Benevento ffs.

If we get conte its just a sideways shift... Lots more grinta, very little technical improvement.

Just look at Chelsea under sarri compared to the previous 2 seasons.

Agree fam

But who else is available now

saari won’t leave Chelsea soon

GATTUSO: “WE'LL LEARN FROm OUR MISTAKES”

The coach spoke to Milan TV ahead of AC Milan’s first match at San Siro against AS Roma

The Rossoneri are back to work at Milanello after the defeat in Naples. Milan TV took the opportunity to interview coach Gattuso at the Sports Centre. The boss commented on the match at San Paolo stadium and anticipated the next clash against AS Roma next Friday at San Siro at 8.30 PM.

PROS AND CONS
"We troubled Napoli and dominated the match for almost an hour. Then, after conceding the first goal we dropped our game and this is our biggest regret. We have to work on our mentality and manage the different situations of the game better. We are a strong team, we need to correct some mistakes but we need time, although we don’t have much.

ON THE INDIVIDUALS
"We are a team that involves all its players when possessing the ball, not only Biglia. The first goal we conceded it’s not only a mistake from Lucas. Musacchio could have passed the ball back. Mistakes can happen, we are just at the start. What matters most is that the team learns to handle the match situations better. Higuain? I am very pleased with his performance. He should have had more support. He deserves credit for both goals we scored because he moved very well.

THE CLASH AGAINST AS ROMA
"We need to prepare well for AS Roma because they are a very tough team. We need to repeat the positive things we did at Napoli, which are many, because not every team goes to the San Paolo and play the way we did, with courage. Of course, we need to correct the things that didn’t work out".

I'd only replace rino for conte, otherwise keep him.

there's no need to switch coaches for someone average like prandelli.

No, do you have a link to that research?

I've always been suspicious towards coconut oil since there are no real studies that shows its benefits (can't say I've searched THAT much for it either). Fats can be good, but that depends on the fat.

And what about your "i know people" - research. Should that be taken seriously? :D when someone gets healthier, it's rarely one or two things that makes the difference. Your friends probably did other things as well (better food in general, training etc).

I still can't believe the only thing we did to improve our midfield after the Higuain-Caldara deal was to loan Bakayoko, who possesses zero of the qualities we need in our midfield. NOTHING should have been done before addressing the midfield. Laxalt, that lesbian from Spain, nothing. It has been our biggest problem since we beat Liverpool in Athens, and will remain so until we invest in a modern midfield. Kessie, Biglia, whoever plays LCM for us isn't going to get it done.
