Still banning individual fans is the way to go rather than punishing teams.

I don't think that every minor incident must lead to a whole curva being closed for several games. But I think only the existence of a catalogue where several incidents on repeat can lead to very severe punishments who actually hurt the clubs can bring some serious movements in fighting racism in the stadiums rather than continuing with some silly shallow SoMe posts and calling it a day.

Of course if necessary use that catalogue.

Roma gave up on the league to focus on the Europa final.
Dybala not even on the bench.

Sure but if that isn’t working then other steps have to be taken.

It doesn’t have to be to the extreme of forfeiting matches or reducing points. We can start with banning individual fans, ban a certain section in the stadium, or play some matches behind close doors if the problems persists. Don’t bother refunding the fans for it. If the fans are aware of such punishments, they’ll be the first to kick the crazy person out that is doing this or they’ll simply stop it altogether.

You can always start with some progressive punishments.

What Papa Perez did here in 2014 was for example admirable.

What did Bonucci do again?

As far as Juve is concerned, do you guys remember what Allegri said about the racial abuse Vlahovic’s got?

Thank god he isn’t our coach anymore. I wouldn’t want a coach who’d make such tone deaf comments.
For me there will always be idiots & racists.
Best efficient way to beat them is to grow tougher skins like Alves & Leao.
Racism toward those two are few to none due to the fact they dont feel insulted by some ignorant fuck.

If am not mistaken Bon was asking a black teammate to stop hitting back toward racist chants which if it was the case the smart way to go.

They did show their ugly side when they booed Maldini on his farewell. That, to me, is the most embarassing incident as a Milan fan, not the haka dance or any other bullshit we experienced in banter era.

I’ll never be able to glorify any ultras of any clubs tbh. Even ours. Yes they’re very passionate about the fan support and I can respect that but otherwise? Some of them are legit criminals.

You have some of the well known head members of the Inter Curva Nord who openly admits that they make monkey noises to black players because it makes them play badly. Imagine how fucking embarrassing that is.

Lazio ultras racially abuse players every other week and and gaslight the victims and don’t take responsibility. They’re honestly probably the worst of the lot in Italy.

Our own previous Curva Sud head Lucas Lucci sentenced to 7 years in prison for drug trafficking etc. and what you mentioned, booing Maldini…

I dont know man.
I dont feel insulted if someone screamed fuck islam or arab scum or fuck white people.
I dont feel i need to hit someone if he told me fuck you or your mother is a slut.
People who ask or wanna force ignorants to restrain themselves have a better chance toughing up & ignoring them completly.

And lets not forget the stupidity where calling someone a donkey or even a monkey is outragious but threatening to kill someone is nothing major.

Yes the best thing for a player would be to ignore it and grow a thick skin. It’ll be less likely to affect their football career.

That’s true, but doing nothing will never eradicate this problem. What Vinicius is doing is putting this problem on the spot for the whole world to see. This has gone on for too long and this is what needs to be done to finally put an end to it, he’ll have my support.

Ignoring it might be the best option for said player but it won’t get rid of the root of the issue. The goal should be to eradicate racism.

Clubs like Juve, Inter, and Lazio shrug their shoulders and ask "what can you do?" They embolden the worst elements in their fanbases with their approaches.
Berlusconi family are pretty racist & sexist also.

Do you think those fans are about racially abuse or railling up rivals ?!
Either way , organizations should be working 24/7 to eradicate those fans.

Wouldn’t it be funny if printer lose to Atalanta next week and we won our last two games, thus finishing in top 4 ahead of them?

Thats it , they target fragile players.
If some player is gay they would probably go for homo phobic chants.
Maybe they will do ******ic voices if a player has a brother like @Congo Powers .

Its about triggering players than be racists or homo phobic.
They will be a bunch of monkeys themselves if they did it & got no response.

100% … or send unofficial spokesman Bonucci to “contextualize” … even weirder, it was his teammate that was abused by opposing fans. And he defended them. Beautiful.

Even if this wasn’t said in bad faith, it’s a tone deaf comment to make. When it comes to racism in Italy, I think it’s highly likely that every club has had their bad apples really

Yes I agree that the Leao reaction is ideal esp for black ppl. I also think that ppl might be gassing up Vini.

For better or worse, ppl will do anything to push your buttons and stab you where you are sensitive/weak. In as much as the racists are despicable, anyone who wants to get at him basically knows what to do.

Surely at some point a fit strong famous millionaire who can get any woman he wants, needs to be more resilient than to crumble when someone attacks his race. Hell Vini Jr probably has a pringles can of a dick too.

When you react this way, unfortunately the ppl who would do it, will keep it up

Don't listen to the "anti-racists", the sjw's and the woke crowd.... racism will NEVER be fully eradicated, not even in necro's commie utopia. What is important is education and that children be trained to treat eachother equally.

Cynical fucks are now using race hysteria to attack freedom of speech and this is also a problem
You are conflating two things, racism with racists/bigots. One is systemic and the other is personal. We will never rid the world of bigots and racists, and thats not really the goal. However, racism is absolutely something that can be eradicated, as they are the systems that were put in place by bigots decades and centuries ago.

Like, I don’t care how any particular person feels about my race or culture, I just want to be able to get the same consideration and interest rate at the bank when I go to get a loan. I want the same credit score for having the same level of risk. I want the valuation of my home to be the same as anyone elses when I have it appraised, despite having pictures of my blackass on every digital picture frame in the house. When I drive my car I want the police to treat me the same as anyone else and not see me as more of a threat. That stuff can change.

I think what you’re describing can also be termed “the online left” whom call for a far more extreme form of cultural liberalism than people do in real daily life. Most criticism of the left falls on the side of cultural issues in the US, as the right have no actual policy to run on so its all hysteria about CRT and wokeism, and more than half the people who rally against them couldnt even define them if forced to.

All the more reason to win against juve and Verona. Even at that it will come down to other results from other sides in the running.

Milan really only have themselves to blame, too many dropped points against teams they really should have beaten. We all know which games.
Next season will have to be better Milan can make their lives much easier by not shooting themselves in the foot.

Forza Milan ⭐⭐❤️🖤🏆
After this clusterfuck of a season, needing only 4 points from the last 2 is a blessing. If we can’t even do this then we don’t deserve shit

Looks like its head to head goal difference
So we just need to lose by 1 goal

View attachment 19302
Losing to Juve means Roma can overtake us if they win. We can’t afford to lose

Edit: Roma are losing…if they don’t win, they yes, we can lose by 1 goal

Bold to assume that we’ll beat Hellas tho
