Carlo is a good people manager. If you give him a squad full of champions, he can manage them well and allow them to do their best on the pitch.

Yes, that's why it's really difficult to say who the top manager is! With superstars in your team, people management skills are very important. And with squads that are not so super, then manager tactics / strategy becomes more important.

On a side note, Nagelsmann was doing really well with Bayern when they fired him, and his teams have a really nice way of playing. I think he could be one of the top manager around today.
