In your entire post you underestimate the untapped economic power of AC Milan. We have only just started to recover from 15 years of shit.

Nothing will change until we get the owner who will spend. Owning a stadium won't help much here. You'd think it will allow us a 50mil plaer every year but it doesnt work like that. You still need an owner who's willing to reinvest that money.
Clubs you mentioned don't really equate here, they are state/region/premiership-funded, all things we are not and will not be in foreseable future. Without Yonghong Lee, our last mercato when we actually spent serious money was in summer of 2002.
Juve did spend. Agnelli was there. Inter also, when Zhang was not bankrupt, with Moratti also. That's about it. We are bundesliga level, but with Juve instead of Bayern the last decade. This model we all hope will work here is much harder to mantain in such a way you get to keep your best players and add to it quality reinforcements. There's a reason you mentioned clubs which are not based in Italy. There's a reason it's only 3-4 clubs in the world that can do that now, but all of them built that model long before FFP, while Galliani sat on his head and extended Oddo & Janku etc.
We all want the same here, but it will take a decade probably for us to be on Bayern's level. Man, we used to sell our flops to Barca in the 90s...
