Few are against Maldini.
His work is up for accountability.
Did you like his last mercato ?
Yes because we have to like every decision and every move he makes.

Also i i kinda liked winning serie a and cl semi finals.

I liked having a legend at the helm.

I liked a lot of other things...

But fuck all that have a snek instead mixed with some back stabbing.

I don't think ppl are really against Maldini and/or his work. Hell, people think I hate him (he's one of my all-time fave players), but I just don't think he earned his role and too much of it was over his head. We're not a club to learn on the fly, and he had to learn it ALL on the fly.

What I think it is, is now that he's been fired, people are just (rightly) discussing the REASONS he was fired. We know the good he did, that's clear. But when someone is fired, you have to focus on what lead to that. So the conversation is obviously more negative in tone.

I wish Maldini was still here in some capacity. I, for one, never thought he should have been TD (at least right off the bat), but he should absolutely be at the club today.

Hakan was miles better of anything Maldini brought.
Well, not over Leao, Theo, or Mike but it was a big loss. He's been great at regista, something that Pioli never tried, and has more space to maneuver and very useful defending.

why are ppl trying to convince themselves that players are crushed by maldini's firing?
they're all on vacation and living it up. enjoying summer. maldini is a small part of why these guys play here... they're here because we're milan. and because they're paid well to be here.
Anyone downvoting this should be ashamed.

Am more curious about Moncada selling skills than buying.

Moncada knows how to identify the key ingredients required, let him cook (as they say) Top chef Geoff.

Furlani and associates will more likely deal with negotiations. Unless a CEO for sport is added to the team.

The new dream team should be unveiled to the media next week.

Radio rossonera says its one big sale to finance mercato. Between Theo, Mike and Rafa.

And there is a source saying that we aren't selling Mike to Chelsea.

Choose what to believe.

I wish I was paid millions a year to miss Maldini like the players. Instead I have to do it out the kindness of my heart.

No but sticking with a legend is more important than gerry fucking cardinale

Show some loyalty ffs. Dont you have a family home? Because maldini is family.

But i dont want to go this rabbit hole.

So lets agree to disagree.

Lost in all this turmoil is poor Massara who also lost his job, nobody feels bad for him? He was a loyal servant of Maldini or maybe the power behind the throne.....we'll never know. I wonder if he will still vacation to Ibiza with Paolo or they too will go their separate ways. Everybody in the business praised Massara, especially his mentor Sabatini. At some point a candidate for the Juve job, now some media mention him as possible candidate for Napoli if Giuntoli leaves. A tireless worker who hardly ever spoke publicly, but you could see his passion for Milan from his reactions on the stands.
Farewell Frederic.

i'm not the biggest thuram fan by any means... but he's much better than origi. much, much better.

Why is he much much better. At 25, this is the first season he's broken in double digit league goals (13).

Not saying he's terible, but it's a bit perplexing to me that we all agree (including management apparently) the team needs a CF that bangs in goals....yet our strongest links (so far) are Thuram and Okafor. Hardly two great goal scorers.

Scam is currently recovering from knee surgery. Our options for a CF are limited when it comes to low-cost operations.
