Aside from his speed and his goal scoring ability, Theo is in essence a pretty mediocre defender that isn't known for his tactical awareness or smart decisions. I'm not seeing that Theo that has the will to drive forward and create havoq. He seems gassed out. He won't be that kind of player that stays relevant for a long time. Time to cash in.

Theo offers nothing anymore. He only passes the ball backward or sideways. In defence he make mistakes sometimes, and in attack, hes not the same like 2 years ago.

I’ll say this now. For the first 20 or 25 minutes or so Thiaw really showed us how much of an asset his passing is.

Getting it out early to advanced wide areas so defenders didn’t have time to re-organise.

We should really consider playing him in these games against closed defences.

For once we found a way to be more direct without being wasteful.

Playing well and should have the lead. Need to be more precise in the final 3rd and honestly just take some shots!

He really wasn’t. Out of position constantly without doing much with the ball. Takes pointless shots with defenders right in front off him, knowing it will probably be blocked, just because he’s Theo and he’s expected to do that. He doesn’t believe in himself anymore. You can feel the self doubt in all his shots and actions. He’s lost it.
