We just fired the guy that actually did a great job of selling a ton of shitty players last year in Tare.

The best path is probably the minimal amount of turnover possible to field the next manager’s chosen formation. Do our best to hang on to our best players for 1 more season and hope they improve under a new manager. But we will need to add a good amount of players to run a 4231, like 2 CFs, midfielders, center backs and LB/RBs.

I just told @86_longo that Andoni Iraola is close to becoming Milan's next coach.

It would be a tremendous signing for the 'rossoneri' in case they give him important powers within the club.

too many great players to list but if pushed all time favorite player: Maldini
And they’re off! The journalists that is busy writing clickbait. Speculating on coaches, SD and more creative headlines regarding Milan and other clubs.

The most important part about hiring coaches like Iraola, is to give them 1000% management backing. That means, back them against ANY player. Tell the players this guy is here to stay. And if you don't do what he asks of you and he decides you are out...then, you are out. Don't give a fuk who you are and what your name is.

As talks regarding #Iraola intensify, #Milan have made enquiries about sporting director Tiago #Pinto, who also works for Bournemouth and is currently planning for the future with his current club. For now, this is just a preliminary enquiry

I mean how can we know for sure what really happened?
Most logical approach is trusting the money.
Cardinale is paying money so his best interest is to put people in charge that protect his investment.
So until i see solid proofs that suggest otherwise, Ibra is the least to blame for last season.
Well ibra better get his shit together asap.
He needs to fix it all next season

Some are saying they met Rangnick not for the coach but for possible SD.

Lolito meets with palladino
Palladino might be lazio’s new coach

Sarri maybe off to atalanta
Likely.

Allegri possibly to Napoli and they are also interested in palladino

Milan will get one of iroala/ xavi? So far based on links
Nothing on sarri or inzhagi to Milan

Sarri to Atalanta and Gattuso to Lazio are both practically done

I think italiano is going to Napoli. If Milan misses on Iraola I think they want a foreign coach. I know Motta failed at juve(who hasn’t?) but I could see him being an interesting option too. Xavi probably isnt a bad coach and would get players respect but he’s a complete dickhead I don’t want him near Milan

  • Aggressive Hybrid Pressing: Iraola's teams don't just sit back; they initiate the press high up the pitch. They typically start with a zonal press, forcing the opposition to one side, and then snap into an aggressive, man-to-man press once a specific trigger (like a bad touch or heavy pass) is met.
  • Vertical and Direct Attack: Possession is not the primary goal; instead, the focus is on penetrating the opposition's defensive structure as quickly as possible. His teams utilize line-breaking passes into the forwards' feet or direct long balls into the channels, flooding the targeted area with bodies to win the second ball.
  • "Double Width" on the Flanks: In possession, his teams often shape up in a flexible 4-2-4 or 4-1-4-1 formation. Wingers frequently cut inside into the half-spaces, creating wide overloads while fullbacks push up to hit the byline, deliver crosses, or play dangerous cutbacks.
  • High-Tempo Transitions: Iraola thrives on transitional moments. Quick ball recoveries high up the pitch (counter-pressing) are immediately turned into fast, direct attacks before the opposition's defense can reorganize.
  • Positional Fluidity: He encourages his players—including midfielders and even center-backs—to push up high into the opposition's half to win the ball back. This requires immense tactical discipline to maintain order within the chaos of his high-risk, high-reward system.
If we end up hiring Iraola, and read his tactical summary it would seem that 90% of this team would need to go. He's known to be a very attacking coach, stark contrast from Allegri.

Ian Ayre would be a great option. He spearheaded Liverpools come back. His transfer committee was hand assembled and they brought in Salah, Coutinho, Mane, Firmino etc.
Would probably explain the links to Salah recently. Albeit any transfer rumors would be premature as they'd depend a lot on who we hire as coach.

Allegri may have killed his reputation with that collapse if Napoli are passing on him. If Italy does too he’s cooked. He may have to start considering mid table type clubs.
