Amorim's first official match with Milan.

Predicted line up:
Maignan; Bartesaghi, Pavlovic, KDW, Gila, Chukwu; Musah, Jashari; Cisse, RLC; Ramos

Possible challenges for starting position:

LW: Bartesaghi/Estupinan/Morreira
CM: Musah/Modric/Jashari
AM: RLC/Morreira

We start again. Hopefully, on the right foot.

Good luck to Amorim.

If Amorim wins with this lineup, he's up there with the best coaches in the world - Klopp, Pep, Ancelotti, etc. :proud:

A reminder for myself and everyone else.
Last year we were down 2-0 away at Torino but we managed to grab the win 2-3.

Amorim leaving out 40m Jashari to play Musah who got less than 600 mins in Serie A last season, freezing out 40m Nkunku to start Cisse, with 14 minutes of experience in Serie A, and freezing out 35m Gimenez to have Camarda (less than 700 Serie A mins with Lecce last season) as first choice striker sub off the bench.

I hope it works out.

If we don't win, it's Taylor Swift's fault. If you know, you know.

I agree about Jashari, but, come on man. Nkunku totally deserved it. He doesn't give a shit for the jersey, he is completely uninterested.
Gimenez sucks, I approve his decision to bring back Camarda. But we HAVE to sign an additional backup striker!

Whats the mood? Is the team ready?
The team spirit SEEMS to be high. Let's wait and see.
The quality of our starting 11 is average BUT if Amorim managed to lift the spirit of the boys, then we will win for sure.

Nkunku is leaving. But not playing Jashari is dumb. It seems that Amorim want to revive some players career. But Musah was never a player with specific qualities ,except for his running and versatility in playing multiple roles in the team. Loftus on the other hand have qualities, which were always stopped by injuries. Maybe Amorim can revive Loftus, but I don't believe in Musah.

Except for the curiosity how this Amorim team will open championship, Im very interesting to see Abate how his team is playing. Maybe he will be future Milan coach.

We should do an experiment to test my theory that we're unbeaten when we have heavy Taylor gif action?

Even with some of the bums we've still got, on paper we should grind out a win.

Leao cameo assist and goal is going to be so epic!!!

Crazy idea... Musah offers cover for Chuk's lack of defensive play?

It's a position that saw me notice him for the USNT... So maybe not a completely stupid play by Amorim?

In the absence of a WB that can offer defensive cover out wide.

Musah and ChuK actually makes sense now... Maybe?

Torino doesn't have a bad team, play 3-4-2-1 like us and I'm worried about our defense because they have a couple of players that usually do well against us, Vlasic and Simeone. I will be interested to watch young Cacciamani that will play LWB and is a target of many clubs. I don't know many of their players except for Comuzzo that they got from Fiorentina.

They made many changes and have a new coach so in that sense have the same problem as us in integreting as a team. Napoli won yesterday with two goals from players coming off the bench, De Bruyne and Vergara, (very good prospect), we may do the same.

A line-up that includes Elstupinian, Musah, and RLC doesn't inspire confidence so hope that Amorim is quick with using the bench and insert Rabiot, Pulisic, (if he can play), Jashari over Musah, even Salad over El Stoop at LWB.

On TMW they had every team's starting 11 for the season and they had Rabiot as RAM with Pulisic as LAM with Modric and Jashari as CMs. Of course if we add an attacking mid things will change.
As Gerry said, let's win!

Hard to judge for this match

there was atonement

also, wins are determined by the

I feel like the Taylor gifs pretty much coincided with our horrendous run at the end of last season, so are obviously extremely unlucky and should be immediately stopped if you have any real feelings for Milan.
