I'd be more concerned with how shaky our defence is when they breathe on us. And that's been a familiar theme in pre season too..conceding goals from complete unforced errors.

I give Cisse some credit that in all his failed attempts that his confidence hasn't stopped him wanting the ball. Makes me think he must be hungry and have confidence. Remains to be seen if he has more ability in delivering a good final ball though.

You can see the difference when modric is on the pitch, he immediately creates angles to receive the ball and wants to be on the ball to dictate play. Don’t give me the excuse that Jashari can’t do this because he is also completing his defensive duties, that’s a part of his job description. He’s barely doing anything to progress play besides playing two long balls. Let’s be honest, he’s not adding anything to the midfield.

The possession play and pressing is almost peak Barca level although with some garbage player. We played well considering we played with one less player and I do mot mean figuratively. Estu did not pit a foot right, he can not be that garbage. We need attacking quality and game changer. As good as Ramos is he is not the player to break that deffense
