Ramsey, McKennie, Arthur, Danilo, Kulusevski, Rabiot, Demiral,DeLigt, Mandragora omg the list is long. These are all flops, expensive too.

If Paratici gets the job, Napoli, Inter and Juve will quarantee the top3 places every year for the next 5 years atleast and for Milan all thats left is hoping to arrive to top4. Which means banter era. When youre in that era your scudetto is top4 not the shiny trophy itself.

We are making jokes right now, but when the summer hits and you realise Milan , 7 time Champions League winner won't take part you will feel it. It hits your mind. Just when the new league based Champions League kicked in, with all the new massive prize distribution compared to previous years, Milan misses out. The worst that could happen is not getting to top4 in 25/26 too. And its realistic projection. This is a fragile team. Compare this squad with Inter! They are fighting in 3 fronts with their last ounce of energy and we can't focus in Lecce and we concede 2 goals. This is the difference. To get to that level takes years! Marotta has built it 5 years! Chose players based on human characteristics, is this guy a serious professional that can contribute, is he hungry or is this guy fake scrawny Kaka like Joao Felix who has bottled in every big club. Our biggest achievements next year will be trying to win the derby to please the fans and thats it.

Anyone who dreams of a scudetto can take a reality pill and wake up. I might look pessimistic, I don't want ruin the mood here, but you need to think with a clear mind.

The next month is crucial for the future of this club. If we fuck up the management hire the recovery time to fix it all again will be long.
We absolutely can't fuck up the next mercato and have to get everything right with the loss of CL money will be even more difficult. Need some proven players at the right positions, that fit the system and have good work rates, and not gambles to stay relevant.

Even though there is a verbal agreement between Milan and Maignan for the renewal and only the signatures are missing, at this moment Milan is taking its time. Because, first, it has to understand the ds and, second, there are ongoing reflections on what are the performances of Maignan
@MatteMoretto
They shouldn't do anything until the new people are in place.

He slipped and double-touched the ball before it flew into the net. VAR caught it and disqualified the pen.

Didn't we get disqualified for a penalty kick like that a few years back too?
I think Bacca did it once for us but the ref didn't catch it.

Depends on the day or the argument, we either are too good to operate like Dortmund or we should follow Dortmunds model from their 1997 CL win that they themselves haven’t been able to replicate ever since

They came close though. 2 finals no?
And lot of quarters and semis

People in management need some belt treatment. Lashes with spikes on it.

If we don’t win the league next year then they all should be hung drawn and quartered.

delete the background music before watching

we were playing free flowing football just a few years ago

lets forget Madrid

we were playing beautiful football when we had a real midfield

I was expecting some atrocious rap music

Milan, not just the sports director: Furlani evaluates the inclusion of a Head of Football. The names in the running

The long Rossoneri spring. From 20 March onwards, we will enter the operational phase of Milan's restructuring at managerial level: Giorgio Furlani is carrying out a whole series of talks and meetings aimed at finding the profile best suited to the club's needs for the role of sporting director. And it is precisely the inclusion of a professional figure of this type in the managerial cadres that has found total convergence between the Rossoneri CEO, the patron of Red Bird Gerry Cardinale and the Operating Partner of the US fund and Senior Advisor to the Ownership and Senior Management of the Rossoneri club Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

NOT ONLY THE SPORTS DIRECTOR - In recent days, several strategic meetings have been staged at Casa Milan. Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the headquarters is something significant in this Rossoneri historical moment. A sign of how the Swede feels more than ever a protagonist in the dynamics of the Rossoneri club, with a more managerial role than he has done this season. Among the evaluations underway is that of inserting a Head of Football: a profoundly different figure from that of the sporting director, his focus would be aimed at a synthesis between the dynamics of the field and the "political" ones in institutional salons.

POSSIBLE CANDIDACIES - The basic idea would be to focus on a figure who can embody the values of Milanism and who has some experience in the world of football, even in a different role than that of the footballer. The current President of the technical sector of the Italian Football Federation Demetrio Albertini responds to this identikit and could become an idea, Milan for several years has been tempted by the possibility of bringing Massimo Ambrosini back to the Rossoneri, for whom the esteem is very high. Ideas and suggestions at the moment, Furlani has to choose if there is room for a general manager within the club. This possibility also depends on his will.

Albertini is the most da Milan da Milan guy after Maldini. Would be amazing to have him at the club.

Do the Honourable thing and leave please.

But I tell you something for free. There isn't much interest aside from como

No top club wants these cancer cells.

Just look at this week's 2 ucl ties that went to penalties.

Every single player was busting a gut until the end (if they hadn't been subbed)

Meanwhile these 2 can barely last 90 minutes in a sub standard league like ours

And he wants a pay raise

"The federations refused to receive me in their homes"

I'd close the door as well if there was a fatty at the door like him. With the cost of living folks can't afford to entertain the Brazilian Bobby Baccalieri
