we limited his options by only asking for 25mApparently not since only Top 5 Leagues clubs interested were Como and Atletico but even cheaper .
Better execution?Better execution?
People were saying it’s impossible to sell players on their last years of contract.
It’s almost like that’s determined by budget and not a person
But yea, overall direction still the same, don’t know what people were expecting
Is he talking about kerkez?Pure feels
Yet no decent club came to bid for that player on a cut rate price![]()
Of all the options available, Zinchenko is one of the better ones. Arsenal want him gone and he has experience in a top league. Can't see Doué coming, seems the distance is too big.
After the Brown thing, I wouldn't mind to see Zinchenko back in fashion for the LB. Every signing holds risk, but I'd rather have more Modrics than Moncada maybe talents.
So obviously you defended the board back then?Better execution?
Because we sold Theo to saudi?
Couple of years back we didnt have saudi money to offload players to. You dont think Maldini wouldnt have jumped at the opportunity to sell Kessie or Donna to Saudis or they wouldnt have come up with big offers if they werent back then?. Barca did exactly that with Kessie after all.

Yes . Normally negotiations should be , we are offering 50 millions and they start negotiating to reduce it to fifteen .If we gave our deal & didnt raise it this mean we were humiliated?!
No I didntSo obviously you defended the board back then?
So we do not have club jet . The management is even cheaper than most would expect .They didn't send a jet, they probably just had a chartered jet waiting there, and canceled when it didn't work out.
Not that crazy or embarrassing.
We may have a club jet, but it'd be stupid to have a jet to pick up players for transfers. It's probably cheaper (and smarter) to pay for jet services rather than owning your own.So we do not have club jet . The management is even cheaper than most would expect .
Net jets is very cheap. Half a mill is too much
Well goddamn, I was far away. Its like asking Bill Gates how much a carton of milk costs.you can buy a handful of cessnas and hangar them for a year for half a mil
when u charter it's mostly the pilot's time ur paying for. it would cost like 15k tops in total maybe less since the trip wasnt made

There are plenty of companies that will fly from the various cities to Milan--it's probably faster, too, then having to send a jet from Milan to x or y city.
You'd charter a larger jet for someone like Morata, who travels with his family, for example, than you would for a single guy, etc.
Dont worry if we dont improve this squad significantly an 8th place or worse will come.If they keep this mercato shit like this i hope for another 8th place at least that fucker should sell faster
The way situations were dealt with is not the same. They froze out Theo before the season even started. While noone dared to threaten Kessie in case he didnt renew. That management got screwed over and didnt do anything about it. They only bent further down.No I didnt
Im just stating a simple fact that its easier now to find other avenues to sell players on expiring contracts because of the Saudi factor. If they hadnt come through, I can guarantee you Theo would have seen out his contract or be sold dirt cheap as European clubs are more than happy to wait a year to sign him on a free.

We are run by amateurs. I 100% believe thatThe issue isn't Brown, it's how late we were to getting to him. This started with with the delay in hiring Tare, which delayed the work and preparation for this summer.
Great, Tare did well to get Allegri (assuming he does well) and a 39-year-old Modric (Ibra assist?) while Ricci was a choice of Moncada, and I think he came in instead of Xhaka. Fine.
You wanted to sell Theo, even though Allegri wanted to keep him? You sold Reijnders before Tare came on board? This is the result of that disconnect.
We are playing catch-up in our pursuit of targets, instead of laying the groundwork months in advance.
These constant delays in preparation, in strategy, they hurt business. This has been a hallmark of Redbird from the very start.
Forgive me, I understand everything, everyone can say what they want and create the narrative they desire, but I think the negotiation was reported accurately. If Brown's agents are asking for about €3m in commissions and Milan doesn't pay them, what am I supposed to do about it? Those are their evaluations. I do my job. Milan sent a private plane to bring the player to Milan, it doesn't seem like I made anything up. Anyway, you're free to follow whoever you want, of course. - Moretto
3m commissions on an 8m fee is criminal
plenty of time to file a flight plan to Messi's inter miami@AntoVitiello: Luka Modric will be in Milan on Monday!
Well with Zirkzee we’ve seen that if the buy out clauses is believed to be low, then there will be a demand for signing bonus / commission as wellUsually the highest commission / signing bonuses are on free transfer players.
Nope...we don't miss targets for being slow to wrap thing up according to some in this forum.Mercato is crazy bro, every year we get this sorta stuff.
I know nothing, didn't even watch a comp. Good riddance babyI honestly dont know & dont care.
I was discussing the player.
I think we'd have to define "better"The lazy version of Theo is still better than 90% of all the LBs in the top 5 leagues.
