A bad result from us and results elsewhere could put us in 5th by end of this match week. Both Milan and lazio are wounded from the last round of fixtures and both equally need this result. A draw won’t help either of us.

Such a massive game and yet again, Ibra is out... this has crushed us this season not bringing in an adequate replacement for ibra has been awful as whenever he's out our attack turns to shit and we only score with penalties.

We did get one, it's just that Mandzukic got injured and still isn't fit. Maybe we should have gotten a less risky option, but we don't know what restrictions Maldini had during the January window. Maybe a free transfer/loan was his only option.
Lazio didn't look as bad as the scoreline suggested against Napoli. We barely won the home game so i'm not so optimistic here. I really hope we catch a break and a few of our rivals drop some points. They keep winning.
I think we just got a bit unlucky against Sassuolo, but like you said a big part of the problem was we just don't have a striker that can finish chances. Leao has absolutely failed as a CF and Rebic just isn't the same up front either. Not having Ibra in these games really is such a big problem.

Hard to see Atalanta dropping more than 2 points between now and the end of the season. Maybe Sassuolo can spring a surprise. Atalanta have a ridiculously easy schedule.

Yes, this game can potentially be make or break. It could end with Napoli and Juve level on points for 3-5th place if we lose and Napoli win. It also puts Lazio on 61 with a game in hand that means they can overtake us. Anything but a win puts extra pressure as Napoli can close the gap while Lazio have a chance to as well when we have Juve/Atalanta 6 point games coming up as well. Typical we have a season ending this close so far for CL spots and still have those two to play + Lazio today...

The game will be decided what subs Pioli brings for sure. Sassuolo match was decided by the absolute dog shit subs he brought in. I fear the subs Pioli might bring in for Kebab, Benn and Mandu.
