The Federal Prosecutor's Office asked Ibrahimovic for clarification regarding the sentence on "voodoo" addressed to Lukaku. The Swedish striker, with great serenity, explained that he referred to a well-known episode that had caused a sensation in England in 2017 (remember that Zlatan was Lukaku's teammate at Manchester). According to what was reported by the Gazzetta dello Sport, the clippings of the English articles of the time ended up in the investigation as documentary evidence. What matters for Ibra and Milan is that the accusations of racism can be dropped.

Pioli:

On pressure: “I have no tricks, I put passion into it. When I stay all day in Milanello, I’m full of work and curiosity. Being a coach means managing the whole environment at 360 degrees. When I leave Milanello, I have my hobbies and my passions that I allow myself to spend the evenings in peace. I believe I have the right balance.”

On Milan: “I don’t want to pass for the modest one, but I put my effort into creating this desire to work. We try to take care of everything. The club and I have always believed in it, even in difficult moments. The club has always protected us. The results have given us the confidence to the point of creating a beautiful environment, also to grow and where everything goes in the best way.”

On the Rossoneri squad: “We are among the youngest teams in Europe. From the outside, you don’t have the perception of the guys I’m coaching: they are very responsible, and it’s nice to see them arrive at Milanello happy to train. No need to stimulate nobody, they want to be together and they want this season to be important. This makes me proud. Inside the locker room, there are strong characters, and the boys are very good at following these examples.”

On music: “When I arrive at Milanello, the first thing I do is put on music. For me it means a lot, it puts me in a good mood. I don’t have a favourite genre, but I really like Italian music. Music has always accompanied me.”

On the coach’s emotions: “It excites me when I see my players give their best and when I see the union to reach the goal. I’m excited by their attitude, when I see players who are stimulated, who are encouraged. We always work to have satisfaction. When I see that there is this sense of belonging it’s beautiful, it means that we have good behaviours, and above all we have passion.”

Due to the COVID pandemic, there have been no fans in the stadiums since February and many have suggested that Milan have benefited from this. The young players being able to play without pressure, the idea is, but Pioli believes otherwise. “I think we are missing out on fantastic emotions. Our fans supported us even when things weren’t so positive, with great warmth. Now I can only imagine what San Siro would be like with all our fans. We hope to be able to see them as soon as possible, it would mean experiencing the beauty of football. This is also why it makes me very proud, the team is showing even if there is no stimulus from the stadium.”

This. I really like the atmosphere in our locker room and that they enjoy each other's company... there seems to be a good relationship even among players who share the same position.

This is very important and many have mentioned that it's one of the things Pioli has brought.

Pioli deserves the satisfaction of a Scudetto.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not expected to be charged with racist abuse of Romelu Lukaku, as he explained to FIGC investigators that his ?voodoo? comment was based on a specific story

Did Lukaku have to stand in front of the jury for wanting to shoot Ibrahimovic in the head? Or was saying that allowed?

There ll be firesale at inter this summer. Even if they stay in serie a they ll have to get rid of ericksen, vidal and other high earners. Maybe sell some players. They havent paid a cent for Hakimi to Real. They still have to pay 50M for lukaku irrc. Some fans attack our policy with loans but everyone s doing it. Juve has chiesa on loan and has to pay 50M. Mcdonald s on loan with 20m price etc. We ll have shoot at some printer player 4 sure.

not specialist about italian law but i can imagine
-threatening someone as some kind of serious thing and can be easily punished by court in case if someone think its serious
-racism as some kind of insult case were nothing serious cant be done in court (but since its something what society want to punish then you can get excluded/suspended in sport)
at the end its all about words and how other think about it.

How ironic that supposedly legitimate suning went the same way mr. Li and mr. Bee and now they're looking to sell to consortiums of no names.

Can one of Elliott capital's shell companies headed by Forden Dinger buy inter and fire sale their players to milan ?

Combined 11 + subs next season?

The #Milan creates its own media company here The Studios, the goal is to promote the brand

Casper Stylsvig, Chief Revenue Officer of the club, speaks to Sole 24 Ore : "In order to exploit the great potential of the AC Milan brand in the world, we have accelerated the path of digital transformation and modernization of the club in the last twelve months, in line with the vision of Our shareholder. The Studios: Milan Media House is a crucial element, which will allow us to increasingly involve the more than 500 million Rossoneri fans around the world and create new opportunities of value for our commercial partners. "The club, therefore, increases the ability to produce multimedia content also thanks to social networks, apps, websites, and official TV .

Yeah brozovic

Sure. Whatever fits. But that would be the combined squad

I think most of their players would only be backups in our 4231.
Id take one of their CBs, perhaps Skriniar.
Brozovic's engine and shots from distance might win him a spot. The rest would fill our bench.

Is there an article saying that you are not allowed to threaten someone's life during a football game like this famous article 28 that includes every possible way of rassist abuse?

Genuine question.

It may sound odd, but I wouldn't be surprised if the actual reason why Lukaku is getting a pass is that there is no such rule or article in the Serie A reglements that literally adresses threatening someone with murder. Like, legally speaking, what Lukaku said has already been punished with that yellow card and there is no article concerning life threats or so they can pull out of the hat to give a more severe punishment than that yellow. Basically what they are doing now with article 28 to give Zlatan a more severe punishment.

Because... No one has ever thought there might be a donkey in football donkey enough to openly speak about murdering his opponent.

That being said, I think Zlatan could go the civil right way if he wanted and sue Lukaku personally. But Zlatan is no pussy tho. Moreover every footballer, coach and expert agrees that what happened between Zlatan and Lukaku is ugly, but nothing that merits that much attention as it actually is and probably has already been sorted out between Zlatan and Lukaku days ago.

Well said. The model of loan will be used way more heavily also by the "rich" teams this summer due to the worldwide crisis.

Is there even any top team in Europe that has made three transfers this window like we did?

Agreed on the first 11.

I think voodoo may start as well. Might be tempting to start hakimo as rw with Calabria behind him.

CB pairing is a good question. Kjaer for sure. The other position could be any of the 3 inter cbs. I am leaning towards de vrij.

Yep, it's been appereant how the social media team has upped his game greatly in the past months. Curious to see what this new development will mean for us fans.

Na i don't think so. Inter is still a very attractive property just as we are. They may change hands but I think they will pull a strong new owner that will stabilise them. Their sporting results are good and their brand is strong. They may have to trim the fat a bit but there will be no firesale.

I actually have no idea, I'm just as curious as to how Lukaku gets away free with no word said apparently while Ibrahimovic is under fire. More so given the circumstances of Lukaku provoking the entire situation and Ibra's remarks being geared at Lukaku's past rather than racism.

Also, it's very ironic that FIGC or anyone else actually took it this far given how racism is typically handled. Either it's ignored, or a punishment that is basically a slap on the wrist with nothing done to stop the underlying issue.
