I'd like nothing more than see Pato succeed.

But it's not happening.

Would a guy that wants Pato to succeed say this?

Actually one of of the better this season.
No failed dribbling attempts, not one single poor pass, no shots wide.
Quite an improvement.

Hypocrite.

I mean at least have the balls to admit you hate his guts.

:lol::lol::lol:

So true.

Hmmm interesting dilemma tho. What hurts his price tag more. When he plays or when he is injured. Could be the former since people openly get to see how bad he has become thereby removing shadow of a doubt that he may be bad.

I hope all these Pato haters don't go back to riding his dick when he scores a couple goals in a row. He's probably at the lowest point in his career atm, but the majority of us have seen what he's capable of. He may never be the world beater that he was made out to be, but I think he can become a quality striker IF he can shake these injuries.

Because of... a poor half a season?

Oh no wait, I forgot, he's Barbara's sex toy!!!!!

Plus he's very lazy. Don't ask how I know that I just know it.

Hmmm couldnt follow your line of thinking in the first one. I dont think the first part would lower his price tag. Increase it more than anything considering barbara wont let her sex toy go for cheap.

I dont know how good he is in training. On the pitch he looks like dinho tho minus the ball control.

Home to Milan of course. And Ibra. :star:

Lol that tail of Ibra you want here too? What the fuck does he has to do with Milan? He is ex-Merda player. This is not AC Ibrahimovic, we are not trying to make atmosphere more friendly to him, we are big club and we want top players, not Ibra's friends you tool :fp: :fp: :fp:

Yeah so again what's the issue? If it's not just bad half a season or 'nepotism' or laziness, then what else... ?

Ibra likes Maxwell, hence Fredrik likes Maxwell.

Ibra doesn't like Pato, hence Fredrik doesn't like Pato.

You see where I'm going with this? You could find 100s of examples. In short: Freddy doesn't think for himself. Just bases his "opinions" on those of Ibrahimovic.

Jeez, chill out man. Fredrik was replying to my lame ass joke post earlier.

Yeah because Fredrik is so god damn funny!!1!

I guess he is happy with his life and we should all be lenient to him. If he like being creep let him be as long as his non sense wishes don't affect our club. But Fred would hardly ever be president of Milan

It is laziness, just not the one you were talking about.. The one that is far more evident when he is on the pitch. It is nepotism. Just not barbara's. But Berlusconi's nepotism to keep him and probably forcing allegri to play him (probably). Because i fail to see why Allegri would waste his breath on watching Pato screw up everything for past 2 months. We dont play Chievo every week.

Anyway, he is too pathetic at the moment to be blocking any transfers let alone tevez. And no, 90 minutes against arsenal isnt a good enough reason for him staying especially now since he will probably miss the game :-)lol:). If he knows whats good for him he would leave.

And yeah Galliani should resign. Not for losing out on tevez , not for potentially losing out on Pato but for listening to berlusconi and for stopping him making a season changing and potentially invaluable european heavyweight transfer which would reap rewards next season as well as this.

?!?!?!

Do you expect anyone to take you seriously :conf: I mean I understand if people have legit reasons to sell Pato, but you're saying he's worthless and lazy because of a bad half a season is just not worth replying to.

Last season he played the least out of all our forwards and scored the same number of goals in the league. Helped us finish in style with the winning goal vs Chievo, Fiorentina, 2 derby goals, and a superb game and goal vs. Napoli.

And you know what the sad part is? The 4-4 with Udinese, Ibra and Pato linked up great. Pato was just back from injury and Milan probably played the best attacking football I've seen in a long time in the 2nd half.

Ibra also had a crap 2nd half of the season where he was anonymous in the CL, getting red carded in the league and basically costing the whole team. Players go through that, that doesn't mean they're suddenly lazy/turned into shit/not worth a dollar.

Plus selling Pato would have been the dumbest move ever for the CL. Leaving Milan with only Ibra and Robinho since you know, Tevez is cup tied.

Seriously enough with the short memory. If teams sold every player who went through some bad form then no player is going to stay in his team.

Starting a reply off with a patronizing remark wont earn you brownie points. No one is forcing you to reply.

Sorry regardless of those two derby goals his development curve has shaped downward. he has regressed for reasons that go beyond his injury. Its one thing being out of form quite another standing at one corner of the pitch watching the game pass you by not even the least bit interested in getting involved. Its one thing excusing bad finishing, bad passing, bad link up, bad vision, bad ball control but there really is no excuse for not working hard on the pitch trying to get into the game.

A real second rate attitude (as reflected on the pitch) and then has the gall to tell Allegri to tell him what is wrong with him and get more involved with him. Ok, I guess at some level he deserves to hear the obvious from Allegri for all his past work.

Pato cannot play with Ibra. They have worked fairly decently in a handful of games but majority of games he has 0 chemistry with Ibra. His injuries are probably a big cause for it but as things stand its not getting any better. I am assuming through past experience that he is going to keep getting injured over and over (9 injuries and 2 years makes me think its a safe bet to make) and he and Ibra will never be able to build a sustaining partnership. Not to mention the fact that Ibra's game does not exactly suit pato's game.

And no selling Pato would not have been the dumbest move. You can re-register players at the end of Jan. Allegri could have easily registered El Shaarawy in place of Pato who has frankly been much better this season and deserves a call up ahead of Pato. And no, none of our strikers have been UCL KO experts other than inzaghi so there is no experience argument that can be used. Also add to the fact that he probably wont be making it to UCL against arsenal at san siro by looks of it so we are back to square one anyway.

Yeah that would be sad if every team sold players that went through a bad form. But when the player is getting replaced by someone who is superior (Tevez) not to mention the fact that there is a replacement itching to get on the field and prove himself every chance he gets (SES) I really dont see any logic in keeping him.

What about the other goals? Last season he was great whenever he played, and when benched he shut up, worked hard, and returned to the starting line-up by saving the team's ass vs Chievo.

This season he started well. Boateng's goal in the China derby wouldn't have happened without Pato. Barcelona goal. Then... injured again.

You mean like Ibra vs Spurs? Last derby? Vs Juve? Because all those were rubbished based on 'lack of service'.

And last derby he was running his ass off everywhere on the pitch but people blasted him for 'bad finishing', 'bad link up', etc.

El Shaarawy isn't a striker...

All that logic means nothing. If that was the case then they better not register Ibrahimovic, as based on the odds he always chokes in the CL knockouts so I would bet on it happening again...

So to get Tevez, Pato has to be sold. Not Inzaghi who's finished as a player. Not Cassano who's out for the season and no one knows how will he return. Not Robinho who's on the verge of 28 and will never be world class.

Does the logic say sell the 22 year old for a bad 4 months? Even if he doesn't work with Ibra or Allegri or whatever, think long term. In 2-3 years Ibra could easily be gone so is Allegri. Pato's is the youngest out of the strikers, the one with the biggest potential for improvement, and already has freaking 50 something goals for the club.

He's not spoiled. When tested he reacts. Last season in the derby who stepped up when Ibra went mad? Was it Robinho?! In the Chievo match... Ibra, Rob, and Cass all started the game but who saved our asses? Vs Napoli who stepped up? Was it Robinho? Was it Cassano? (Ibra scored from a penalty ).

Again this season vs Barcelona when Ibra was injured, who stepped up? Was it Cassano? In August vs Inter when Milan was playing like SHIT... who made the winning goal? Yeah with the superb control and fantastic shot?

Point is Pato proved he's worth trusting. Yeah he gets injured, and yeah he's inconsistent, and yeah when he's not scoring he's pretty much awful. But fuck. At the biggest moments, he's the savior. He got balls. He's worth depending upon. Frankly, when the team is dying for inspiration, I swear I ALWAYS look at Ibra and he's just standing there... sulking... like he already gave up. But Pato, damn man. The Leo derby... that was huge, it was the scudetto finish and getting one over Inter and Moratti, and 1st minute Pato scores! Against Barcelona... freaking Barcelona at the Camp Nou and Milan without Ibrahimovic, Pato scores a super goal in the 1st minute like a fucking boss.

Last derby the team was crying for someone to do something and Pato was already out. Who did anything? Robinho tried some fancy dribblings and failed. It was Shaarawy who tried to pull the strings. Not Ibrahimovic.

Just saying... Pato earned my trust. Not by scoring flick goals vs minnows but by stepping up and surprising everyone at the biggest moments. When the team is looking for a hero and someone to inspire, he's there, motivated, and ready to score and show the world he's freaking balls. I rather count on that dude.

So you're saying Pato is like the early Ronaldinho, blowing everyone away in the big games while not giving a fuck in most of the other games? And you're fine with that?
Alright then, but IMHO that's not the kind of dude one can count on.

No doubt that Pato is a excellent striker. But he was not supported enough. milan has lost Ronaldinho, pirlo. Ibra could do, but he doesn't want to.

Not giving a fuck? He scores vs minnows he's just inconsistent and wait for it: gets injured a lot.

BTW I hate Ronaldinho. It's understandable for a 22 yo to get lazy in some 'easy' games, but it's not okay to just walk through games unbothered which is what Ronaldinho did yet people sucked his dick!

Pato has he's flaws and all but, I still haven't given up on him. He constantly shows what he can do when the team needs it the most... worth some more patience IMO.

Ah huh. that 24 second video seems to deceive everyone into thinking he had a good start to the season or even the fact that he played well in that match. Ibra was out for quite a few games in the begining of the season and milan's attack was led by Pato and Cassano. They both failed to a great extent. And then right on que Pato got injured. And after coming back did absolutely nothing.

You mean like Ibra vs Spurs? Last derby? Vs Juve? Because all those were rubbished based on 'lack of service'.
I am not here to argue on Ibrahimovic. Just Pato. But for the sake of argument. Pato wasnt very special against tottenham either. He did bring energy for 45 mins at san siro but was quite unimpressive at WHL. What exact;y did Pato do in last derby? Run into all their defenders trying some cute dribble? Vs Juve i would cut ibra some slack. he did return from an injury after all in that game. I dont think he was fully fit. But yeah there was service lacking with all our players especially languid in that game. You cant make the same argument for months after months of football to cover up Pato's bad performances.

And last derby he was running his ass off everywhere on the pitch but people blasted him for 'bad finishing', 'bad link up', etc.

Yeah well i have no complaints on his performance in the derby considering the all time new low he was at. I mean at least it was an improvement from watching him do nothing.
But then again he is supposed to be BGP right? Game changer? Derby man? What happened? :(

??

What's wrong in asking what to change?

Nothing. Like i said. He deserves to hear the obvious. Allegri should do that.

El Shaarawy isn't a striker...

All that logic means nothing. If that was the case then they better not register Ibrahimovic, as based on the odds he always chokes in the CL knockouts so I would bet on it happening again...

Por Que? El Shaarawy so far has played SS, CAM , CM and last game he played a combination of wing and SS by looks of it. He is no CF but then Ibra can play CF.

Yeah well, Ibra has a history of choking in UCL but the fact remains that there is no reason to not register El Shaarawy instead of Pato IF pato was to leave. Which was my point.

So to get Tevez, Pato has to be sold. Not Inzaghi who's finished as a player. Not Cassano who's out for the season and no one knows how will he return. Not Robinho who's on the verge of 28 and will never be world class.

Inzaghi wont fetch you money since he has 6 months left in his contract not to mention his age. Cassano is at the start of his recovery process and he can do things pato cant even imagine. Rather risk things on Cassano's heart than pato's legs since players with cassano's heart issues ARE KNOWN to return to football. Dont care of Robinho isnt world class. He is better than Pato for Milan as a team. And Milan play much better with him on the pitch than Pato especially when Ibra is around.

I really dont care about long term with regards to Pato. I AM NOT interested in resting Milan's future on his crocked hamstring. Tevez and Ibra are good enough for next 2-3 years and there is always SES who can play the wide role that Pato seems to not be very good at.

Good for him. A new seedorf in the making. :proud: But at the end of the day he offers no consistency, no sustainability and no continuity. Especially this season where he has been very languid and showed 0 motivation until his ass was on the transfer line (again like Seedorf).
If it comes to winning scudetto who would i rely on? Ibra or Pato? Winning big games doesnt win u scudetto. Consistency does. It is one of the reasons why we are 1 point behind juve despite underperforming in every big game we played.

Agreed. He has performed on big occassions but he has also failed on big occasions you know. When it comes to biggest moments he has had his fair share of failures as well (Utd, derby, tottenham, napoli this season) . And his body language after the Inter goal summed it up for me. All that hard work went down the drain and his current mentality came out. He went into a shell and it was Ibra who was trying to create the winner once Inter went ahead.

And as far as performing on big occasions is concerned selling Ibra short much? Scoring twice against Inter, scoring against napoli, assist against juve in turin to set up gattuso, scoring against Barca. Also when he was at madrid it was his el classico goal that probably ended up making the difference between first and second place considering what a close game that was. Not to mention burning Milan when at Inter. Turning up against Roma.

When it comes to UCL there isnt anything worth comparing. Ibra has scored 3 KO goals. Pato 0. yeah i acknowledge Ibra is a UCL choker and played much longer but Pato hasnt exactly been domineering.

Yeah well, Ibra has a history of choking in UCL but the fact remains that there is no reason to not register El Shaarawy instead of Pato IF pato was to leave. Which was my point.

I really dont care about long term with regards to Pato. I AM NOT interested in resting Milan's future on his crocked hamstring. Tevez and Ibra are good enough for next 2-3 years and there is always SES who can play the wide role that Pato seems to not be very good at.

Extremely great points and all, but all the negatives concerning Pato are about THIS season. You gave up on him based on a crappy 4 months crippled by injuries and bad form. I haven't... yet. That's all.

That's the entire argument. Not that Pato is dating Barbara. Not that he is lazy and seniors in the dressing room hate him or all that bullshit.

That's why I respect what you're saying now... I just refuse to agree that disposing of him based on a sad 4 months would be a good idea. I'm willing to bet on him again, that's all.

And there's something shady with the PSG offer. No one truly understands it yet but to claim Berlusconi 'saved' Pato because he's Barbara's sex toy is extremely naiive.

And again I don't see what does signing Tevez have to do with Pato. Except that Milan are fucking broke. But you are speaking as if Tevez is a guaranteed hit. He's a cool player but with the biggest dick of an agent in the world. He bitched to leave West Ham, bitched to leave Utd (insulted Sir Alex!), and is now bitching to leave City. All Manchester hates him it must be for a reason. United fans adored him and stood by him vs Fergie yet he left to City and attacked the Sir; City treated him like a king and gave him the armband but again he bitched about leaving and refused to come on in a freaking match...

Not sure how he'd be more trustable than Pato. So the point remains... selling Pato would mean losing him completely, but keeping him means he still has a shot to come good and so far he's had a mixed spell with Milan BUT he showed what he could do at the highest stage i.e. he's still worth a shot. Especially since people are fed up of him based on a fucking half a season.

I also remembered... 2 goals vs Madrid at the Bernabeu to gift a shitty Milan a historic win. That's Pato. King of the big moments.

Should have sold this piece of glass.

I'm starting to think the same.. I mean I'd love to see him fit and scoring again, but honestly I don't think that's ever going to happen.

enjoying their happy lifes @ brazil

yeah that's what i was wondering...they shipped him off to italy in a big box with some holes cut in the sides when he was still a fragile teenager

meanwhile he gets married, gets divorced and his career as a professional athlete swirls around and around the toilet bowl

and they don't care enough to reach in and get him out as long as the checks keep making it home?

hopefully that's not the case...but someone needs to do something to help this kid. and if someone has been "helping" him, it's not working!
