Right now he's like an old Mustang (car) in it's time had amazing speed but now it's best driven slowly, with some bursts of acceleration when needed

sadly, allegri was hired because he has a good record with youth. He does at other clubs etc.

we need to do what Udinese did and buy a second tier team in a foreign league (I like the idea of a team in the Italian part of Switzerland) and use it to loan or guys that are ready for the next step and need first team time but not quite ready for our first team.
