but even with damiao i think management will force allegri to play pato alongside him with kaka' behind them regardless of whoever our remaining strikers are. that's gonna be a bit dumb because more and more i see us using pato as a CF and not an SS. we want pato for that spot which is why we sold zlatan, and kept pato. if pato can once more become his old self like when he first arrived i've no problem with

That is a monster IF because Pato is always hurt. That is not an exaggeration or anything. He is a guarantee out for half of the season.

That's true. And it's not totally his fault. He couldn't settle in a specific role since he arrived, for different reasons. Most of them beyond his reach. Injuries made that even more difficult.

The result is that today he's somewhere between a support striker and a box striker, but I think he's much closer to being a box striker, and I think Allegri should work on that.
