Laudrup was awesome and off the charts. Eriksen is nowhere near Laudrup and he has zero chances to be near Laudrup.
It is like people comparing DeSciglio to Maldini. I love DeSciglio and I think that he can be the leader of the future for us but he can never be Maldini like. Maldini was a freak of nature.

Actually, Taarabt would fit in 4-3-3 too. He is a winger. There are people that think that he is a AM however Taarabt is too much of a soloist to play as AM.

i think this would be pretty good. Just need to fix our CB problems, and If we get Cerci, id rather use taarabts money to improve the defence starting players, rather than have a really good backup for Cerci.

Let times where injury hit change formation to 4-3-1-2 and use Pazzini and KAKA/Honda behind.

Impossible would be around 25 mio for both. just for attack even tough defense is our weakness...

Cerci costs probably around 18-20 mio., Torino wants Noccerino so max. 15 mio should do it. Let´s say Taarabt is the alternative to Cerci he would cost 7 mio so Cerci is roughly twice the price of him. Now it´s the question if he is that worth ? If we play 4-3-3 we should definately try to get Cerci. (I think a lot depends also how Cerci plays in the World Cup)

Depay is too raw, he's not ready for serie A.. Plus he's not very technical, depends solely on brute force, ie shooting power, pace, and hardwork.. Iturbe ftw!!
Pretty much the same type of player but with more technique, vision and flair..

Maher however is interesting, he's skillful and talented.. Could be as good as Christian Eriksen.. Damn, makes me cry to think that we missed on Eriksen.. What an amazing player.. Comparison with laudrup seems not far off..

Depay is a complete player in the making. What he's clearly lacking now is composure in front of goal, but that will come with time.

there is absolutely no point in getting taarabt. even less so if we get cerci. playing 4-3-3 presents some problems in that we have to sign backup LW and RW. if we don't sign a massive RW like iturrbe, cerci, lamela i would prefer going back to 4-3-1-2. make the most of honda and mastour as ACM backup. taarabt is not a RW, the teams fallen down recently because of a lack of balance and players out of position.
