My number one choice to replace/upgrade Kjaer. But unfortunately, the most expensive one too

As said by many, and I agree, the fact that it’s Kjaer the leader who got injured they might not want to replace him with a kid kid… the Milenkovic-Bremer-Ramos type seem the more probable options.

Though, of these 3 youngsters linked a few day ago (this Monaco guy, the Atalanta kid on loan and the Swiss (?) kid)

I like more the Swiss Kid Omeragic. In addition to the talent There is an air of confidence - bravery to him … future leader.
The others seem like just great athletes. which I don’t mean as negative, but players of a certain “head” always win for me.

And Price wise, he seems the more attainable. unless he starts drumming crazy interest. I see aroma was following him

Atalanta is coming back strong. This is the best they've been at this point in the season in years.

Since you don’t watch indies, 1917.
I liked winter sleep by nuri bilge
But alot of great actors like clooney deniro pacino pitt nicholson dicaprio and more all left the scene around the same time and i dont see any replacements for them

I liked it. Ever heard of suspension of disbelief?
There were things i disliked and liked about dune story and about the directing
I think i got a little carried away in that posts negativity :fp:
But seeing sword battles 30vs30 is kinda underwhelming..in this supposed grand and epic universe:lol:

So after 16 rounds and a pile of torn hamstrings, we are 1st.

How long did it take for Napoli (for example) to start feeling their absences?

I am going to go out on a limb here: I submit that no other team would cope as well as we have given a similar injury list. Our style of play is so established, so imbibed by the players that absences don't make the machine sputter and die.

At least there's one silver lining to injuries...I get to read gems like "this is is on Maldini !!!"
Great & accurate post.
Its obvious this team can produce magic but we werent able to maintain our good form for more than 2/3 of last season.
If we are able to stretch it just a little bit this season then the title could be ours.
With that said , Maldini should give a hand to Pioli by fixing that AM/RW problem.
Maldini isnt to blame for injuries but he needs to be held accountable for Diaz & Sale starters status.
Messias seems to have solved one problem & the other remains.
I really hope Kjaer's injury wont affect us getting a worthy AM.

By the time the 6th game of CL group stage is played, Atalanta always reaches its peak.
I hope you're right.

Go ahead, if that's the price to express my anger against your stupidity and arrogance, I'm willing to pay that. You are free to express your opinion, but posting a tweet about a betrayal (who I don't even want to mention the name) on the day we grab the 1st place, and the day we show unity and gratitude after the horrible injury of Kjaer, I found that's disgusting. You represent the type of people I really hate, those who think they are above and smarter, try to prove that at all cost, even the fact is they are not that smart at all.

People may say I can just use Ignore feature, but hiding and avoiding the problem is not for everyone, I'd rather fight against it.
Been there. Done that. Trust me in this: people like him take pleasure in how we react offended and angry to his provokations. Fight him with all reasonability you have, with all goodwill you can give, with all patience you possess: He'll never stop to act like the smart-ass he wished he was. The best way to fight this kind of people is to actually ignore them.

The moment he looses his audience is the moment he'll disappear magically and go somewhere else. The ignore feature is a blessing you shouldn't hold back in using it.

Three games to finish our first 19 games & we have harder games than Napoli & Inter with Inter having the easiest.

You’re wrong. You don’t feed trolls the attention they crave. You cannot win an argument with them because they’re not looking for an argument or discussion, they’re looking for attention and validation. The moment you prove a point that’s unimpeachable they move the goalposts and discuss something else. You can’t win. Don’t waste your time and try to play that game it’s not worth it. If you have time to waste, go right ahead, enjoy wasting it, but know that it’s not going to make a difference with anyone.
Voilà.

According to Rudy Galetti, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have set their sights on two Lille defenders, among others. The players in question are Sven Botman and Tiago Djalo, with a respective price tag of €30-35m and €20m.

Djalo was actually part of Milan’s Primavera team but joined Lille as a part of the Rafael Leao transfer back in 2019.

Djalo is 20m now?

Very interesting article

“I have friends in the Red Bull group or in Dortmund and other clubs who work a lot on scouting and who tell me ‘Bravo, we see the changes at Milan, you work very well’.”

“ Theo is a train. He destroys the whole left wing. We want them like this. The modern full-back in a great team has to be a train, run a lot, like crazy.

I want them like that too...but the others want to give calabria contract for life
The combination of elliot moncada and maldini is working out really well
esp. moncada is really doing great :star:
I can perfectly see where you're coming from. Yesterday I got to see BVB vs Bayern by chance, a good friend of mine who's Dortmund fan invited me over to see the match.

The game was tremendous. The speed insane. Probably the most entertaining game I've watched this year, at least from a neutral POV.

However, the game was an odd combination between world class attacking and build-up and absolutely horrendous and amateurish defending, for both sides. As soon as one team lost the ball you could see like 5 or 6 attackers running on 3, max 4 defenders. And as soon as the attack didn't convert and the defense won the ball back, you could see the same game vice-versa.

The friend told me "yeah that's what BL basically is all about. Crazy attacks, high speed, high pressing, but zero fucks for defense or balance."

While I as a neutral audience (well, I obviously was rooting for BVB but not as a die hard fan) felt entertained like hell I think as a fan I'd be absolutely furious seeing my team taking so much risks and constantly inviting the opponent to score. I think Piolis much more balanced approach is, well, way better balanced. We play very high, very intense, try to create a lot and are usually also good at scoring (not so much lately but not due to tactics but individual errors like Diaz fucking up twice in a 1:1 situation with the goalie) while not conceding too much in defense except the Fiorentina and Sassuolo games.

They're on an absolute tear right now. The kind of squad they've assembled on such a tiny budget is truly incredible.

Jack Bona was one of the good among a dysfunctional team

Krunic was kinda-useful in a readily-functional team
I'm more with this assessment.

But last game I can't deny he was easily MVP, especially given he had to play CF/falso nueve, and he did not only alright but superbly good.

When I start to see him performing like that against other teams who, honestly speaking, aren't Serie B material at max, I'll start to rethink my opinion.
