It doesn't really matter who he plays, when he isn't willing to make meaningful changes. Obviously Pioliball is found out, and doesn't work given the way we play most of this season. Losing Kessie without proper replacement is only a part of the problem, since the whole team is falling apart and mentally drained. Coupled with the continued injuries, unwillingness to integrate the new players properly, and lacking any ideas at all to get out of this rut... no excuse to not fire him.

our players were just a step too slow when pressing, left a lot of space for sassuolo to make runs. we don't have a lot of depth, pioli should be more conservative I think and not rely too much on full court press.

I don’t think Kessie changes anything. There’s too many issues for Kessie to be the solution. But Kessie and Mike resolves half our issues for sure.
