We will be out. Max 5 teams in CL. We need to be top 3 to be absolutely sure of CL participation in that case.

The second prosecution is way more serious, it was the second trials investigation that reopened the first case because it gave evidence to prove they have a scheme of inflating players values.

Even worse yet, it opened several other teams to that as well. Napoli are being investigated for their deals, as are other clubs.

Being serious: it seems like the authorities want these punishments to stick this time apparently. The appeal of the 15 points didn't come with the removal of bans for the directors involved, like Paratici who was working for Spurs, which signaled that the underlying guilt that Juve face is not really in doubt.

On top of that, whatever happens Monday, there are far more serious financial crimes that Juve are being prosecuted for. The fact they are a publicly traded company makes what they did that much more serious, which goes beyond sport and into financial markets.

Juve's directors genuinely fucked up big time here.

Coppa Italia and Super Cup are worthless, and they're not going to win the CL.

Worthless? Our last big trophy outside last year Scudetto was in 2011. So it’s not like we are winning the big trophies on a consistent basis like Madrid do to claim those are worthless trophies.

We have only won 2 trophy in close to 7 years, it would be nice to win some of those ‘worthless’ trophies tbh.

But he seems like he can come on favorable enough terms and it's not like we have 80m to spend on Kane, or the 120m that Osimhen will cost, let alone the 60m for Vlahovic (who I don't even want).

Other options like Sesko, Okafor, and Openda are CDK-like gambles for me.

I think we could exchange loans of Origi and Scamacca, with options, and both parties would be happy.
