How about you learn to respond calmly to people shitting on Pep and Messi first, and then you can start telling other people what to do.
I think i rubbed with calm my dick on Pep or Messi hater's forehead.

Great, good for you, Pep and Messi won some games, wow, but your takes on racism are terrible.

Do you guys think stopping the game & hand a loss or deducting points for a team who some of his fans chant racist chant is a way to go ?
I think it will open pandora box & teams will suffer for something they didnt do.
What steps should be taken by organizations, fans & teams to help solving racist chants ?

I think so, yes.

Stopping the game might be the quickest and easiest solution to implement. The "only" but quite powerful opponents would probably be the TV stations because A) they pay a lot of money for the TV rights and don't want to see their dearly acquired product damaged by interruptions and bad publicity and B) it would upset their schedules, which are heavily planned and structured around more lucrative advertising contracts and would consequently be invalidated by too much confusion.

Defeats or point deductions for the team whose fans have behaved in a racist manner are harsh, but in my opinion necessary measures for particularly serious cases. Of course, this requires a clear definition of what "serious" would mean. For me, that would certainly be repeat cases with teams whose fans are already on probation, for example. But that's a discussion for another time.

Before one would have to resort to such serious measures, one could think about other punishments. For example, banning individual sectors or even entire fan curves for one or several matches - depending on the severity of the offence. Or there could be stricter audiovisual monitoring (like in the modern Juventus stadium), which is obligatory for clubs in the highest leagues, that would make it easier to identify individual offenders with video and audio recordings and to prosecute them under civil law. I think there needs to be a whole catalogue of possible punishments that are pronounced according to severity and can actually hurt (which is not the case today).

And yes, even if it is the fans who break the rules, the clubs should also be held responsible. After all, the clubs already bear all responsibility for safety in the stadium. If, for example, pyros can be smuggled into the stands because the security checks at the entrances were too lax and there are accidents afterwards, or if fans storm the pitch and there are injuries in the end, then there is never any question that the clubs must bear responsibility for this. Why should racist behaviour be an exception and not also an aspect of security or public order for which every club is responsible - at least within its own stadium?

Yes in the beginning such measures could potentially cause a lot of turmoil. But I bet after a couple of months you'd see fans and teams finally trying to work properly and hand in hand to get racism out of the stadium. Otherwise no one will do shit if the punishments don't hurt anyone.

I mean how many more years of hypocritical and shallow #StopRacism SoME posts or ads do we have to see before the institutions finally get off their asses and really start ripping racism out?

11 points... How sure are we that this time it will stick?

A lot depends on tonight. If Roma and Juve fail to win, it makes our lives so much easier.

Let's assume they both win:

Milan 64
Roma 62
Juve 61

A draw with Juve and a win against Verona might be enough if Roma win both games. We'll be tied H2H and we currently have a better goal difference (thanks Samp!)

Losing to Juve by 1 goal means we're at the mercy of Roma. Losing to Juve by 2 goals means we're at the mercy of Juve.

Feels like they decided to give them 11 points just so they can say we technically didn't legislate you out of the CL, Juve still can guarantee it if they win both their games.

If it's true, this just looks like they are afraid to make a definitive decision.
Will have the teams battle it out in the end. Good old fashioned trial by combat.

In Italy they have bans and fines for regional discrimination, the idea that racism against Black people is a step too far is absurd.

There are plenty of fans who would go to games instead of the racists. Ban them and move on.

What if a Milan fan pretends to be an Inter fan and abuses players. Inter lose points, fall out of top 4 and Milan benefits??

I'd imagine the Milan fans would kick his ass and throw him out of the stadium themselves if that happens, which is the point. Self policing.

so the penalty results will be released today or?

Predictions anyone? I know they were saying something about a 9 point deduction. But now we’re hearing that they could get more if they try to fight it?

I mean what if a Milan fan goes to some random Inter game like Inter - Udinese wearing Inter kit and starts abusing players? One could imagine ultras doing this to screw other teams over if they could get a points deduction for a team.....

MilanNews is reporting that Kessie is set to leave Barca, and that Juve "dream" of him as do Milan of reuniting with him.

All for it under the right conditions. Both Milan and Kessie suffered due to his departure.

He won the league with Barca but it didn’t go as expected for him.

Breaking: FIGC Prosecutor Giuseppe Chine has requested that Juventus should be handed a points deduction of 11 points, Chine has also requested that Pavel Nedved should be handed an 8-month-long ban once again.

There is a possibility that the points deduction sentence against Juventus arrives in the next few days, as per Sky. The FIGC Court has five days to issue the sentence.

5 days!!! Fuck that shit
They want to see how many points Ladri have after the Empoli match before they decide how many they should deduct to "juuuuust" give them a near impossible chance to reach Europe.

Covering all their bases here.

Sam posted a Paolo interview, reading that saw another link:

AC Milan are expected to have a large budget for the summer transfer window to try and strengthen the team, according to a report.

This morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport (via PianetaMilan) reports that Milan could invest €100m to strengthen Stefano Pioli’s team, which would come from the budget set aside plus the sum of savings on the salaries of players who will leave and the transfer fees they bring in.

There will not be a huge overhaul in the summer and the 13/14 players who have shown themselves to be of Milan calibre will be built around, with ‘restructuring interventions’ to be carried out so that the reserves offer more guarantees.

For example, Milan are paying out €5.2m gross for Divock Origi’s salary and they believe they could sell him for €7-8m, which would help top up the budget. Sergino Dest and Tiémoué Bakayoko (€5.2m and €4.6m in salaries respectively) will not be bought permanently.

Ante Rebić (€4.5m salary) can leave for around €4-5m in transfer fee. Furthermore, it is unlikely that Aster Vranckx will be bought permanently from Wolfsburg so his €1.9m salary will be saved.

The departures of Ciprian Tătărușanu, Antonio Mirante, Fodé Ballo-Touré, Yacine Adli and Zlatan Ibrahimović are expected too, creating further wiggle room, with Adli expected to depart on loan or even permanently if a big enough bid arrives.

Those outgoing players would result in a saving of about €28m in salaries and another €20m could come from player sales, to which €50m must be added that was going to be made available for the budget regardless.

What you are saying is for sure better than doing nothing.
I was talking about the best & fairest way to do it.
What about fans doing it to stop games they are loosing.
What about infiltraters or shit players who do it to harm a given team.

From that Sam posted interview...

What is your relationship with Berlusconi?

“At first he wasn’t a politician. When he arrived at Milan he told us about his project and they made us all dream. Berlusconi wasn’t as well known as he is today, so we had some doubts when he told us he wanted to bring Milan at the top of the world.

“He arrived and reorganised the whole club as a company that had to function. He was methodical, he controlled everything. He prepared himself in everything, before talking to someone he wanted to know everything about him.

“Before becoming prime minister in 1994, at the beginning of the season, he told us that we had three objectives: to win the league, to win the Champions League and he had to become prime minister.

“He told us that if we won the Champions League, he would have a better chance of becoming prime minister. And how did it go? We won the league, the Champions League and he became prime minister.

“I knew his son Pier Silvio, I used to go to Arcore with him. Did we talk about politics? No, maybe about football. On his life in general, he has always been very careful. He has always been very attentive to all of us.

“A year ago I went to Arcore with him and Galliani, and he asked about my family and things like that. They are things that please, he means that he cares.”
Boss!

Fans haven't thrown flares to hit players to frame their opponents, like how Inter lost 3-0 in the second leg in 2005, because of the Inter fans having a meltdown like the bitches they are.

They identify the fans for public safety and other bans, they have cameras everywhere, they are able to do more but refuse to do so.

Waiting for them to announce the Juventus deduction last day of the season, giving them a deduction that still sees them 4th. Would not surprise me.

Individual bans or punishment is the best way to go.
