You are conflating two things, racism with racists/bigots. One is systemic and the other is personal. We will never rid the world of bigots and racists, and thats not really the goal. However, racism is absolutely something that can be eradicated, as they are the systems that were put in place by bigots decades and centuries ago.
Like, I don’t care how any particular person feels about my race or culture, I just want to be able to get the same consideration and interest rate at the bank when I go to get a loan. I want the same credit score for having the same level of risk. I want the valuation of my home to be the same as anyone elses when I have it appraised, despite having pictures of my blackass on every digital picture frame in the house. When I drive my car I want the police to treat me the same as anyone else and not see me as more of a threat. That stuff can change.
I think what you’re describing can also be termed “the online left” whom call for a far more extreme form of cultural liberalism than people do in real daily life. Most criticism of the left falls on the side of cultural issues in the US, as the right have no actual policy to run on so its all hysteria about CRT and wokeism, and more than half the people who rally against them couldnt even define them if forced to.
