Pioli is Maldini's choice.
They didnt wanna create more chaos or/& think Pioli deserve a good mercato to be evaluatred.
Or maybe they will also fire Pioli.
We will see.
C'mon Wild - GP was possibly Maldini's choice but they wanted Spaletti after the freefall and big uncle Elliot said noooooo

The management team settled on Piioli and he did wonders so they renewed him.

What i am trying to say is he did wrong things, but didnt deserve to be fired
But having in mind that he renewed his contract last year in last minute,Gerry didnt want him on board when he took over the club
I agree he shouldnt be fired.
But he forced RB to give him full power & then followed it by the worst mercato in his carrer.
Am only arguing with people who are denying that last fact.

But if you put a gun to my head & ask me to choose between Maldini & Moncada i will choose Moncada.

You are full of bullshit. And you can’t even keep up with your lies

Over the last few years you were unprovokedly quoting people who dared to question maldini and management with some passive aggressive posts… but suddenly you out here pointing out all the wrong things he did, to justify his sacking

you just exposed your fake persona
Let me see you call someone an interisti, juventini or whatever the fuck you like to throw out there
That was wrong

I shouldnt have been aggressive

If this is half true then the separation from Maldini and Moncada also make half sense.

For the non è soddisfatta dell'andamento della stagione Pioli also has a blame. But with whom should he be replaced? At least in the next short interval

For the soprattutto dello scorso mercato estivo rossonero if you RedBird give penny money to spend don't complain that a 30Mil transfer didn't go as planned ( at least after 1y ), it's a risk you have to assume it. The loans and lower transfers I would not count since you're the owner of Milan and the resources you make available the benefits you'll have

I don't think Pioli played Maldini or Massara, he indeed mentioned opinions but certainly didn't count so much in Gerry's decision.

And honestly, don't care the names who are in charge as long as they DO a damn good job!

Well atleast mocanda is handsome right. Because that's very important to milanisti for some reason.
His looks and charms will magically help us get better players.

What kind of an arrogant egomaniac imbecile you have to be to fire Maldini from Milan???

I'll just leave it there. Coz there's no answer to the level of this stupidity.

So... who are we going to sign now? I saw a rumour that Brahim is definitely gone, so that's good. I like the guy but he's simply not good enough.

There are far too many to name past & present
What's funny is that's exactly what people said about Ibra.

But Ibra a) Ex Milan player who always spoke glowingly about us which he doesn't do about his other clubs prior to rejoining us. b) Ibra always been a mentality monster he's a known commodity. At that time we needed him. Now we are in different moment in time. We need bodies on the pitch not mascots. We all saw Spain when Puyol retired at the heart of the defence and it was Pique and Ramos. Failure. Ramos knows Spanish football he doesn't know Italian it's little differences like this that made Ibra work the nuances and intricacies of the inner workings of culture and football. I would take Thiago Silva back before Sergio Ramos because he understands Milan. And even then I would piss and moan and about signing an over the hill player.

I don't like signing players over 30 or signing/keeping players who have shown to be injury prone. And Watching the Senatores post 2007 even strengthen that belief even more.

If it's true that Maldini and Pioli weren't seeing eye to eye then shame on Maldini for not being ruthless and being too loyal. He should've sacked him when things were going south before, during and after the world cup break.

There's no loyalty in this sport. Now look, Maldini got sacked and Pioli is still around. However, I expect Pioli to be on a short leash now. If a coaching change needs to be made Gerry will do it.

I am totally calm.

i asked to permaban before earlier this year as I have a business I’m trying to sell.

the stipulation was “bring me back to RnB if we make the CL semis“

After the first half of the napoli league march when we were up 2-0 i knew we would get through the quarters vs Napoli and asked to come back

it’s time, brother. Sad day for milan and the plan better fucking work. I am optimistic it will and I think maldini made some blunders that you can’t undo

I’ll stick to my stance and respect all of you. Have fun.
Can't you just stay and not participate for a while? Then when you're not busy check out the Forum? I often disagree with you but enjoy your posts and like your sarcasm..

I'll miss Maldini because he's everything that embodies Milan and is a reference point for our signings, but it's also not the doom and gloom everyone is making it out to be. Take Giuntoli at Napoli for example - he managed to recruit Kvaratskhelia and Kim-Min-Jae for under €30m - what kind of figure is he in world football? Players may not be captivated by his mere presence like Maldini's, but what trumps anything else and is of paramount importance as a sporting director is competence. I'm not saying Maldini is incompetent, but now that everything has unfolded and we're in the hands of monsieur Moncada, I can reassure there's no need to panic.

Moncada, together with Luis Campos, was the architect behind Monaco's superteam in 2017 and has suggested a myriad of players to Milan who have since tripled their value. Being promoted to SD is certainly not a baptism of fire for him. Milan's recruitment has shown over the past couple of years that we recruit most efficiently within the €15m - €25m threshold. If we can provide Moncada with a budget of €60m + (freebies like Kamada), I wouldn't worry at all. However, if Cardinale tells him to work his magic with a €30m budget and a few €4m and €6m players from the French and Belgian 2nd division, it would be another story...

Moncada isn't the problem or now the new enemy.... We'll see how the dust settles.

How this has played out is the issue, as well as the yet to be seen fallout from Gerry's actions.

With this type of approach finishing top 4 will be hit or miss. We'll see how it plays out. Young players need time to develop.

I wanna know were Maldini and Massara completely blindsided?

Its not the issue of moving on, I just have a problem with the way it was done.
I wonder if ownership were blindsided by Maldini’s interviews.

Gerry is gay though

Paolo didn't bum Gerry though... Although Gerry is very butt-hurt.

I heard Gerry likes being pegged while bumming his mother, with his daughters boyfriend watching.

Fucking weird guy like!

Maldini “wasted” 50 mil wich is pocket change today aaandddd off goes his head, some people acting here like he had 500 milions to spend and to build a squad and failed
In 3 years from finishing 6th place to scudetto and semifinal of CL and playing CL on regular basis
Great relationship with the star players who are young and can play anywhere for 4x money they have in Milan plusss with salary cap is a great job, having in mind what kind of a mess we were when he arrived
He has moves wich turned out to be very bad
Cdk,Origi etc
But lets hope this sacking doesnt bite us in the ass

Pioli > Spal.
So it was a good thing we went with Pioli.
Its still Maldini choice.
We didnt get Botman & MMM got Thiaw.
So its no big deal if we miss on good players/staff as long as we dont get bad ones.
