Anyone who sees any situation in black and white is ... limited. Let's take CDK. It was a reasonable gamble that did not pay off (at least not this year). Most likely, he was scouted by Moncada, so (no matter what) he shares in the blame (as Maldini shares part of the credit for Moncada's wins). Maldini owns responsibility for the following reasons:
