Agent comission, player intention, morale, wages, bonuses, structure of agreement etc. are all factors which can affect it.

CDK may not want to leave, he has a contract and at 22 he might be happy sitting on the bench and training for a season till a better offer from a bigger club comes. Who would want to take a risk on a player that has struggled so badly in his first season. There would also be all sorts of agent commissions linked with his long contract. Sellable for sure and I'm sure he will come good but right now he would be hard to get rid of for the right price.

At best we would be able to shift players like Rebic and Origi but again who would pay anything meaningful after the season they have just had.
