If he did, he wouldn't have let him go to Galatasaray where he's going to stay.

People are citing dumbass Inter fans' opinion to gauge whether Maldini did a good job or not (not shade at you papab) and anyone who thinks Maldini hasn't done an amazing job, I genuinely question what rubric they are evaluating him by.

Especially those who praise Giuntoli.

Again, if you fire Maldini, fine, but you better win buddy. You better win, now.

Hey, I'm still on my "if it was up to me, Pioli would have gone, not Maldini" stance.

But it is what it is. Gerry is the owner, not Maldini. Zaniolo or not. Berardi. Pirlo. Dybala. Enzo. CDK... it doesn't matter. They couldn't find common grounds on how to share decision powers within the technical area, that's where it all boils down. So one had to go. Or not?

I don't get your logic though that if you fire Maldini, you have to win immediately. Winning immediately has never been on the table, neither with or without Maldini. And even as one who supported Maldinis last summer mercato and blamed Pioli a big deal for making it look worse than it was I can see someone rationalising that Maldini didn't manage to improve the team eventhough supposedly aquiring all the decisional powers he was haggling over a whole month until the very last second past summer?

So why is it now "keep Maldini or win immediately" all of a sudden?

How does it feel to be the leader of negativity force brother?
Being negative is so fucking easy.

Watching the negativity force being positive has done two things:

1) makes me appreciate the true positivity force, who are still gracious and wonderful

And

2) realize how shitty negativity force was at being negative, and how terrible they are at being positive now.

I don't think we need to worry about CDK dancing.

Doing well for teams other than Milan? Yes.

Dancing? No.
Oh the dancing gifs exist, as do the gifs of him missing chances, and, strangely enough, eating ice cream. Thats the level of maturity and fandom on the internet/RnB, we meme our OWN players.

Moncada will fired now because of @Samaldinho. AI could just determine which free agents to sign instead based on data and save Gerry another salary.
He said he has one mercato.
Enormous pressure.

But it's been working in the long run, that's my point. The same report has been coming out for years now. Same with Barcelona.

There were certain posters on here talking about Marotta vs Maldini. One of them signed free players that helped their team immensely while the other one had a disastrous transfer market last summer and got fired.
Yeah and that's why he got fired agree, but Inter has to sell someone of their stars at some point and they shouldn't be able to replace them unless they find some hidden gems for few million and in the previous years they did not have this sword of Damocles called Oaktree

I know, that was the joke. That CDK belly dance/spasm gif really was a terrible idea.

I thought you liked Moncada? :(

I hated how everything unfolded, it was disrespectful no doubt about it. I don't think we should've made any changes. But I can't help being happy that it's Moncada stepping up considering everything. Didn't he have a big role in those stacked Monaco teams?

Like I said before, negativity costs nothing. You hate on everything, sour the mood, and then- in the event that you were wrong and we actually win something- you get to join in the celebrations like you weren’t standing with your back on the wall, talkin shit just 5 minutes before.

Positivity is equally easy. Just smile and pretend everything is OK, if things turn out bad, kick the can down the street and hope for sunnier days ahead.

The true test is PERSPECTIVE. Look at the big picture, the whole picture, with the good and the bad, the ups and the downs, and try to come up with an opinion that honors the journey.

Join me friends. #TeamPerspective

Need a poll to assess the new factions within the forum

Positivity force (team leader @Wild)

Realistic force (team leader @brk, position unchanged)

Negativity Force (team leader @Samaldinho and @Cloren)

Meltdown force (dictator @patosheva)
Its preety easy being positive.
Just act like an idiot thinking everything is gonna be better.

earlier you said:

"bought no one apart from Kebab for free, Dzeko for free, Mikytharian for free and Lukaku on loan."

And guess what, those free players they signed actually performed. Dzeko has been immense.

What makes you think that they will all of a sudden stop being able to find decent and cheap players?

There's a very good reason why Marotta still has a job and Maldini doesn't.

I do like Moncada, I just have very high expectations for him now.

Lol, none of the shit we talk about matters. People acting Iike my opinion matters to the management, lol, it doesn't.

But people obviously care enough to remember things I've said, which sounds like a waste of time.

Moncada gets one transfer window and one season.

I'm not going to give him credit for signing free agents, especially ones we were linked with constantly while Maldini was in charge. If we needed to convince a free agent player to come to Milan, pretty sure Maldini is better than Moncada at that.

Moncada has to ensure we finish in 1st in Serie A and progress farther in the CL than we did under Maldini. Otherwise the choice did not work. Moncada has one season to do this.

Just using people's metrics here, sorry.

!!!!

Now I get the game you're playing here

Okay okay, I take everything back I've said. Procceed :)

Just one word of advice: I don't think that's you. It's fun now, but I forsee you won't hold through. Season is just too long, and you're not that guy. It will either mentally break you or you'll come back to the light soon. I'll be there eagerly waiting for you – if you want :)

La Gazzetta dello Sport which explains that the coach has indicated the areas of intervention, namely a midfielder , a right winger , an attacking midfielder and a center forward . In the Devil's sights, there are several names, including Kamada, Loftus-Cheek, Baldanzi, Pulisic, Marcus Thuram and Watford striker Sarr .

The free players aren't actually "free". Inter paid Lukaku a salary of around 17 mil gross for the year, Hakan is on 9.2 mil gross as is Dzeko.
Inter has been spending much, much more than Milan has. Marotta is a good manager but can he win consistently with Milan level of spending?

Milan's squad costs have been much lower the last 2 years. But yeah, if Inter owners keep paying up, then they can keep doing well.
