Even if Moncada didnt address that spot its still a good mercato where we fixed four starting spots.
Next season it will be that one spot to fix.
Agreed but I don’t think they’d risk 50m+ of CL revenues by leaving the team exposed without a proper DM/regista.

AC Milan needs desperately a new logo.
The badge we have now is meaningless.

Who or what is our symbol? The stripes? The cross?

Look at the Ferrari logo

We all know the main color is the red but they didn't put it in the badge.

It would be nice if Milan have something maybe white with a cool devil in it.

if we’re really not signing a DM, I think we’re in serious trouble. I feel like we’ve signed runners in the midfield without real technical ability, none can control the tempo outside Bennacer who’s out until December.

I like our business but without a true Tonali replacement, we’re in trouble. Don’t tell me the replacement is Reijnders because he plays and moves more like Bennacer. Musah and RLC are massive gambles. The midfield balance is completely off, I understand we can’t fix every hole in the team right away but if we’re serious about winning silverware. We need more.

Not feeling the Musah dm pitch going into the season. That’s a season-long process at the least and it most likely won’t work against better opposition. Musah as depth for mezzala and even for DM for the future is not a bad proposition but him and krunic being the only options for DM until ~November isn’t ideal. The dm to rotate with krunic doesn’t even have to be exceptional, just decent for the role to rotate for the season.

Roger Federer is the GOAT
I was always a league guy.
I would take a league coach wishing him some luck in CL over a cup guy who suck in the league where luck isnt a factor.
But i find it strange that majority of people who prioritize the CL are talking shit about Pioli when he just reached the semi final in CL.
I mean decide your gender ffs.

He made be knocked out 4th in 2021 CL group stage. If we go deep in another CL run next season, then he’ll win me over

It doesn’t sound like we intend to sign a DM. Moretto supposedly reported that and he has been very accurate similar to Longo.

We will see, maybe things will change if we sell some players.

Immediately thought of @brk when watching this.

This is the guy’s first game. At 1:30 Florenzi calls Reijnders to give him the ball. Gets it gives it to Theo who returns it right back to him. He’s already shown to their eyes and minds, their conscious and subconscious minds, that he can produce when they give him the ball.
He’s already a + to them. Earning their trust from the get go…and more with every successful action he does when he gets the ball.
It’s a natural process.

Like anybody else, CDK has to earn that. So saying his teammates don’t look for him is factually true but he hasn’t earned being looked for… if anything, he’s given them more reasons to not look for him.
They were looking for him more at the beginning, with time and no real product from his actions with the ball, the passes to him naturally decreased…not to mention, his positioning, body language and other cues aren’t really screaming “give me the ball”

I feel like Krunic can be a very good CDM and he distributed the ball fairly well. He gets caught in possession sometimes, but he’s also press resistant at times. If we don’t sign a true CDM, then maybe it’ll be a combo of all around good midfielders and the inverted FBs.

We will see… I think RLC, Musah, Reijnders are all good purchases, and Krunic + Bennacer are good… we can probably sell Bennacer and invest in a couple of CDMs if things go south.

I remember that exact moment and thinking this is the first midfielder we’ve had since Hakan that wants to be on the ball. He showed for Florenzi, quickly distributed to Theo, and then was open for a return pass.

But ucl has all top sides only ans you can only get into it if you are a top 3/4 side in the league.

And that's how chemistry begets more chemistry. Its got to do with confidence which sometimes is about comfort zone. CDK has yet to find that and I believe he will this season.

…but how does he even get on the field this season to find that? The 10-20 mins sometimes?
Imo, not enough to build anything.

Kjaer is no longer in Piolis plans. Says Longo.

Pioli is a savage this summer

Good on Pioli.

Love Kjaer but for us to improve is getting rid of players who aren’t part of his plans. He’s doing a good job in that.

Well done to Pioli

Alright there goes my theory out the window.

What theory

Honestly I must say USA team for International football is a gun side.

Should be top 12 imo.
Strong balanced side. Qf level team

It is a pretty dire outlook for him. He just gotta make plays and stop being a little bitch
