If Juventus tie or lose today, Inter face Fio and then Juventus next. If we beat Empoli, Verona Torino and our game in hand vs Bologna in our next few matches we could easily be in a CL spot.

Juventus looking bad today. 15-6 shots and 6-2 on target ow

Top 4 is entirely up to us. Ladri are bums. Lazio and Fiorentina are mediocre. Roma are still far behind and mediocre.
The only team that can stop us is Milan. Hit good form and top 4 is ours.
Some here panicked yesterday when Fiorentina won

That did not seem like a penalty but Juve leading now 1-2 away against Como. Bummer.

This Juventus is awful, can't remember them being so bad... A gift of a penalty, they had 0 shots in 2nd half, I fear they'll be out of CL against PSV...

Regarding Saelemaekers, I would keep him in the summer. He improved at Bologna and Roma, works well with Dybala on these tight spaces so I assume he'll work even with Joao Felix. Also, the most important, we're moving towards 442 where the winger does not need to have as much goal threat as in 433, also his defensive work rate will do good as we'll be having one less midfielder.

I still see him as a rotation option for both Leao and Pulisic, nothing more, nothing less. A better player than Chuck/Sottil at least. Let's keep him instead of buying Sottil and invest that money in other positions (backup LB, backup RB, CM, backup striker?)
Let the man go and thrive.
Fairly big club, playing 1st team football.

We have Jimenez, who is giving satisfaction right now, imo…and can grow.

Motta obviously hates Vlahović, he didn't even introduce him today and was "chasing" result. Como very naive, story of their season. This Juventus has no chance being top 5 at the end, they're playing worse as the season is progressing.

Last season, we ended up 2nd. Last summer, for some reason, our management decided not to double down but to try to cheap their way to top 4. Only now when it got almost impossible to get back to CL we finally did the mercato we could have done in summer already. That's been a huge mistake.

The whole Fonseca fiasco and realizing that we lack maturity and leadership didn't help either.

Let's just say mistakes were made and let's hope the late course correction will save this season somehow.

Our next 7 Serie A games before Napoli (A) are:

Empoli (A), Verona (H), Torino (A), Bologna (A), Lazio (H), Lecce (A) and Como (H) = 21 points.

On paper, all winnable games but thanks to losing to Zagreb, we just have to pray our midfield can keep up and we get at least 15/16 points out of 21.

Musah in the pivot... This makes me nervous. Musah on the wings? Yeah, sure. Musah in the pivot? Uff...
We have no choice but to go for it. We just have to accept the midfield this season will always be precarious.

Let’s see it the kid can step up and limit his amount of dangerous backheels to 6 this game.

I'm following Como pretty closely this season too and you just nailed it.

Como plays way too well to be this deep in the table, but they really fuck it up almost every damn match. I mean just look at how we won against them a couple of weeks ago and we all still can't explain exactly how we won...

That's how Como loses almost everytime. Hell they dominated Atalanta the other week and somehow lost and you can't really say how. It is literally the story of their season.

Go look up Santi Gimenez's record against Nazio :maldinismug:

People re way too much optimistic about top 4. Its 1 thing to surpass 1 or 2 clubs, but 4? Highly unlikely. Unless we win 13 out if 16 remaining games i dont see top 4. Fio looks really solid just like lazio. Bologna s dangerous. Juve ll always find to win some matches. We must try of course. Streak s needed starting tomorow.
