Fuk that. Don't give him to Marseille. Tired of these shit clubs taking players on loan, agreeing buyout options, and then trying to "negotiate down/or away" what they agreed to just 5 months ago. If you want him, pay what you agreed to. Otherwise you send him back. But you don't get a player "for free" again. Surely, if they are willing to keep him on loan, than they find him useful/good enough. But they don't want to pay. So fuk em. I'd loan him to someone else, just to prove that point.
Option isn't agreeing to a price, that would be obligation.

We did the same shit with Tonali, there's nothing "shit" about that. It's up to the selling club what they want to do.

All bullshit.
Calciopoli destroyed Jubentus for some years not Serie A. Milan shouldn’t have been punished at all.
Serie A was sponsored by FIAT for a long time. I wouldn’t be surprised if Juve sent Marotta to Inter to sabotage them like this. Would not put it past them.

Italian Football going downhill has NOTHING to do with Calciopoli.
Italian Football was destroying itself by failing at producing good players compared to other countries like Spain and Germany for example.
In the modern era Serie A was never going to be able to compete with EPL when it comes to popularity/marketing etc.
Where they failed at is at the youth sector. And you see it with how the Azzurri struggles to even qualify at the WC these days.
The underage teams for Italy have been quite successful in recent years though. They need to be given opportunities to develop

People still cry about Tonali but in that summer they tuned Tonali into Reijnders and Pulisic. Two players who reached heights for this club that Tonali never did

Despite the shitters who joined that summer that’s a win in my book

Let’s hope they can do the same with the Reijnders money and this time actually hit on the ancillary pieces

Because AZ have a sell on clause (I think it’s 10% of the delta between what we bought Tiji for and what we sold him for) the figures of 55+15 in bonus (easy attainable) would make sense. Most sell-on clauses only are attached to the guaranteed portion of the transfer fee, so we may have structured it in order to pay AZ less…
I think that’s a minor factor. The main reason is they want to split the income so that it’s not all front loaded into this years account. With the sale we’re going to be at a profit and which gets taxed. Better to throw a bunch of the Reijnders money to next year which is looking like a dumpster fire already with the lack of European games.

Excellent point, those bonuses will go over to next year’s accounts.

omg they’re gonna hire Vieira

What a one two combo Inzaghi and Tare pulled on Inter. Tare moved fast and took Marotta’s main target and Inzaghi dragged ass leaving him with no alternatives

I’m sitting kicking my feet in the air as I type this what a summer

Zvono bro, you too? :yikes:
Trashy bait title
Nothing wrong with Boban wanting to give a gift to his boyhood club
He’s always made it clear anyways that Dinamo is No. 1 for him, he also rooted for Dinamo against Milan in CL this season
Rivera also rooted for Alessandria against Milan in Coppa Italia in Mihajlovic’s season, should we shit on him too?
Fucking hell, new age Milan fans are a bunch of whiny children

but but but, they called him up and he HAS to go
It's also a World Cup year for them, so he probably needs to play in order to get called up.

If we buy enough midfielders, he doesn't get to play, he'll be forced to look for playing time elsewhere. We are in only one competition afterall.

I get all this but isn’t the argument that Milan can afford all 3 of those players without selling anyway? Why do we need to sell to afford 3 players who all were less than 30 mil? That’s why people are mad, they just want to sell to cover everything. Especially when we’re spending similar amounts of money on other players. We could have kept these players(they’re all willing to extend deals btw) and not tried to fill the rest of the squad with players like musah and RLC who were nearing that 20 mil mark anyway. It just comes down to what they want to do or not. Milan didn’t need to sell Tonali to buy two 25 mil players, I’m not buying that at all

I mean what I'd really like is some creative midfielders who can pass the ball more than 5 yards. It seems this is above current management, the one creative bright spark we've sold on the first bid. Do you really trust management to replace adequately?
Well they bought that player you are now missing.

I also think that Reijnders creativity is being overplayed because he is leaving. He was great this year finishing and ok creating. Fofana (though much more direct) probably created more than Tiji.

Modric and Ricci have been reported - you don't think they will make a midfield tick more than just replacing one prototypical 10?
Also remember that Reijnders wasn't a 10 initially.
I think we need to see how Allegri sets us up and also if Liberali will be incorporated but if we are adding more quality mids I have no issue seeing our current selection.

RLC Musah Adli Pobega etc all have to quickly show worth to new coach or look to leave quickly.

Because it’s not a video game a player with 99 dribbling and passing isn’t guaranteed to be a success in environment A vs B

Players worth 70m+ routinely fail at their new clubs

If you are tryna to win the lottery with transfers you’re betting off maxing your spins at the wheel

If/when this club is sold...I think the curtain will be peeled back and a lot of the shit that's happening will come to the light.

Gerry is arguably the worst thing to ever happen to this club. I'm including Li Yonghong, the entire Banter Era and the 2005 CL Finals.

Hopefully this guy won't take us back to the late 70's early 80's version of Milan.
