If Allegri is confident in bringing the best of Theo and Leao against them I’d rather keep both then sell them this year on a discount. If Theo has a good season his value will be over 50 once again, problem is his contract.

Need to see our best players with a serious manager before we sell them off on sale
There has never been any discussions about Leao other than from a viewpoint of making him the center piece of the new project. His main detractors are people on RnB with questionable qualities.

Some mercato news from TMW and MilanNews. Inter wants to replace Hakan with Rovella from Lazio but the player has a 50 million release clause that I doubt they can afford. Rovella is ok but not even close worth 50 million, maybe half of that.

Roma and DS Ghendolfi have parted ways by mutual consent and the leading candidate to replace him is our old friend Massara who goes back to his old club. Massara is the least criticized of our directors, most here like him and I'm happy for him if he gets the job.

This new interest for Kean is surprising to me because Allegri used him very little at Juve and now his price has shot up, so I don't see it happening. A sensational season at Fiorentina with 25 goals in all comps, (19 in Serie A), very impressive and now TransferMarket values at 40 million but it will probably take 50 plus to pry him from Fiorentina that are very good at selling.

Coppola to Brighton for 11 million is pretty low, happened very quickly so now we need to move fast for Leoni and anticipate Inter, the other contender. It's true the summer mercato doesn't begin until July 1st but many have already been made, like KDB to Napoli. Inter is busy with the CWC, so hope Allegri can convince the player to join us, a young Italian universally praised.

So.
A point guard will be added?

I don't see the comparison with the NBA, they can say the same about NFL and MLB that have large coaching staffs each man with an area of expertise. I'm very impressed with our coaches, a huge upgrade over what we had over the past several years.

We have experienced people with a history of success and that has to help the players' confidence, plus they will know that they won't get away with bad attitudes or laziness. The addition of Corradi is huge because he's familiar with young players having coached the best of them for Italy. I'm sure he'll be asked his input when evaluating some of them.

What do people think about Thiaw? I rate him. I think if he leaves, we may watch him progress and recover that market value he had when he was here, and even increase beyond that.
Would you prefer him or Gila? I want Leoni and Gila though. And that only happens if we sell Tomori and Thiaw.
I really wouldn't want to sell Thiaw, keep Tomori and only sign Leoni. Tomori-Gabbia-Leoni-Pavlovic. Not good enough.
I suspect they won't go with Tomori-Gila-Pavlovic-Gabbia.
But maybe we can end up with Leoni-Gila-Pavlovic-Gabbia

Thiaw in a low block under Allegri will become a monster

I think potential wise he’s our best CB

Has all the tools

Rovella I value him at max 15 mil
Gendouzi same 20 mil max
Moise kean max 15 mil and I actually like him

20 mil at best.

I said we should have bought Moise kean like 3 years back as a back up

Thiaw/Pavlovic - Gila/Gabbia

Is the hope.

Comuzzo has been linked as an alternative to Leoni and I rate him higher.
I'd probably sacrifice Pavlovic, even though he's likeable.

Everything suggests that Thiaw will be seeking a move though, especially if Leverkusen come knocking.

Fuck you GdS and Calciomercato and Sky Germany
Fuck off Xhaka
I hope Thiaw rejects going to Leverkusen

Why are we so hell-bent on this dog when there are better and even younger players in his position that we could be signing?
I'd even take that gambler back

really upset we missed out on the CWC.
financials aside, there isn't one single positive that will come from this tourney, aside from some injuries and extra fatigue.
and i'm not entirely sure the financials would've been worth the prolongation of our negative season.

one and done tourney.
Pretty bizarre how they invited like 3-4 Brazilian clubs but only one Serie A team, no Milan, no Farca, no Man Utd etc.

Tonali? Yeah, of course you would.
Everyone would.
But you know how much that'll cost?

And we're hell bent on him because we're incredibly weak mentally.
We lack leaders, we lack a strong spine.
Plus his stats don't lie.

Rovella 15m? Everbody would take him for that, 25-30m is more realistic.
That’s how much I value him I mean

He isn’t that good

He is decent

Lolito can fuck off with the bs 25 plus haha

Most hated guy at Arsenal, wins them over somehow.
Pretty sure he's been hated by Swiss fans too..

You can't call this guy weak mentally. You can for a lot of our players last season. This guy cares and gets the best out of his ability.

This squad is better than midtable. So you have to wonder why we did so badly.
In simple terms, we should be finishing top 4 by just relying purely on Leao and Pulisic. You could surround them with a midtable team and expect top 4.

News of Tonali's ban didn't come until months into the following season, and we structured the deal with a sizable portion of it being bonuses, how brilliant a deal.
Tonali worked for the mafia and tried to influence his teammstes to do illegal betting.

And yet somehow, some of you, still think he is a leader and that we didnt dodge a bullet when we sold him for 60mil  dear lord.

This will be rejected and they’ll ask for 20

What worries me is that Leverkusen, after selling Wirtz and Frimpong and loosing Alonso, they probably don't want to lose more central pieces of their roaster. And they don't need to sell eitherway with all that money they just got. Xhaka is not only a servicable soldier. Eventhough he's not flashy or made for youtube highlight reels, he's the glue that holds your midfield together with charisma, quality and experience. It's not that easy to find that elsewhere and Leverkusen will think twice about letting him go just like that.

At the same time I can't see Furlani agreeing to spend more than 15M for a soon to be 33 years old. Leverkusen might just say what we say these days: "That's the price, take it or leave it."
