Moretto stepping on DiMarzio's toes about Zinchenko is a mega flex.

There's real beef between that Fab/Matteo faction and GDM. And I'm not sure why... Fab was his understudy for years.

Perhaps that's the problem. The student became the teacher.

Are you saying buying a stadium doesn’t impact ffp?

So ffp rules would discount purchase of a stadium and what offset it against our losses?

Yes, exactly. FFP (now called FSR):

✅ Squad Cost Rule
Clubs may spend no more than 70 % of their revenue on:
– player and coach wages
– transfer amortisation
– agent fees

Phased implementation:
• 90 % in 2023/24
• 80 % in 2024/25
• 70 % from 2025/26 onwards

It means not making the CL and missing out on those revenues directly impacts how much we're allowed to spend on players, wages and agent fees. Not making CL really fucks us twice.

---

💰 Football Earnings Rule
Over a rolling three-year period, clubs may post a maximum loss of 60M – as long as the owner covers any losses beyond 5M via equity contributions.

Key thresholds:
• Losses up to 5M– fine, no coverage needed
• 5M to 60M – allowed if covered by owner
• Some leeway up to 90M for clubs in excellent financial standing

---

🏗️ Infrastructure Exemptions
Expenses on the following are excluded from UEFA’s financial calculations:
– stadium construction or renovation
– training facilities
– youth academies
– women’s football
– sustainability projects

→ These do not count against FFP limits.

---

🧾 Solvency & Monitoring
Clubs must have no overdue payables towards: – other clubs
– employees
– tax authorities
– UEFA
Audits take place quarterly.

---

⚖️ Sanctions for Non-Compliance
Possible consequences include:
– fines
– restrictions on transfers and squad size
– deduction of UEFA prize money
– points deductions
– exclusion from UEFA competitions

I understand that Tare probably has his scouts/eyes and connection to Balkan players, but I am not sure if it's a good idea to focus mainly on such targets (and I am a guy from the Balkans).
1-2 such players is great, because usually we are hard working, no-bullshit people, but when there are a lot of us in one place...yeaah not a lot of work is done usually then.

^^^^ The Jashari to Milan news is actually a SKY SPORT SWITZERLAND exclusive story, written by Sacha Tavolieri.

Gives it a little more credibility now, actually.

Hmmmm, LET'S FUCKING GO?
Yeah this Sacha dude is Belgium based and looks reliable.

Im just pretty sure it will be rejected

Yes, my bad in that case, didn't look into him much, got baited by the name.
He is of Albanian descent, but born and raised in Switzerland, so I assume he is more of a Swiss lived his whole life in that environment/culture.

Reports that Allegri and Tare tried to convince Furlani to keep Theo worry me. Apparently they had to do that over Mike, as well.

Well, what worries me is what sources your concerns are based on. There's only one source that says that n it's bullshit source. Kay Palli Style. SUS!! :taphead:
Noticed it long before I signed up. Ur sources are always handpicked n u only use what fits the story u want to tell. U do it cleverly, always hiding behind a wall of text n a dash of ChatGPT.

Oh Giorgio, my CEO

Eradicating fodders one by one

As shit as last season has been at least red bird has learned their lesson and is entrusting the project to more hardened “old school” guys who follow conventional methods

One more week to July 1st, which is when we can officially sign players to 5 year contracts. Any player we sign now we can only offer a 4 year contract. I expect a lot of deals to be closed next week, especially since Allegri wants as close to a full squad as possible by the time preseason starts early next month.
