The guys for the right back post we would be linked to Doué and Vanderson.

I watched the videos the 2 seem very strong but I have the impression Vanderson is more complete and defensive.
But hey I think if we have one of 2 it's already not bad.

From Cuyper the left back on the other hand does not impress me. I don't see anything special about this player.

Unfortunately our clowns are submitting 25m + Liberali the next Verratti for him
This guy is the next Ranocchia
And without a buy back clause we shouldn’t sell any of our highly rated youth

Cause somehow they fucking become good elsewhere.

Don't worry, patosheva said he was playing like shit for City

He played well but it’s closer to 70 and I think playing next to Rodri can unlock most technically gifted mids.

I am almost sure that we extended him with a gentleman’s agreement to sell him if certain teams came knocking.

Well, I am not watching the CWC so I don't know how he played.
That post was meant as a bit of a joke, though patosheva really did say that.

Personally I'm not crying over Tiji because I didn't rate him.

Bro I have no idea what they’re gonna do at fullback, the market there seems pretty underwhelming. And of course we need two starters

In a world where Leoni is worth 30M, then Jashari probably is worth 45M.

But it's still madness.
Okay bro, you need to stop overrating Albanian players.
I'm not excited by Leoni at all but he is 18 and plays in Serie A whereas Jashari is 23 and plays in Belgium.

So not practically done…

Wasn’t Morata to Galatasaray an obligation? Sure they could still sabotage themselves to get out of the clause but I thought we were done with Morata even if he doesn’t go to Como?

This is more just building relations with Como and maybe milk a bit more

Not all youth want to come back to Milan, a place where they have done fuck all and are expected to perform and try your best to support our stars while they play hero ball.

Just look at Colombo. We thought he’s worth more than what Lecce paid for and now his career is in limbo - no consistency while we try to fish the best deal for him to make back the money we paid Lecce. If it’s your career you gonna be happy just because you are supposed to love Milan?

And when you do those clauses, you’d have to give up a discount as there’s a chance the buying team would just be developing for you.

We aren’t strong enough in status to be demanding these clauses, unless it’s selling to clubs like Lecce for small amounts

I kind of agree with the last point... but also Kessie was here when the culture was at its peak. I don't think he's the type to come in and disrupt, he'll command a certain level of respect but also fit in with the team. He's not the type of person to start trying to dominate the locker room.
I want the new people coming to set the new standard and then the existing and new players coalesce around what the new culture becomes.

I don't think Kessie is the type of guy to disrupt as you said but it's only natural when a successful person returns to step on some person's toes or allow others to slide because they are familiar with them.

That's why I would say no but this is all hypothetical and it could go your way as well.

You are insanely cringe. As expected of somebody who cries back for that gambler.

If we have to choose between Morata and Jovic then yes I would choose Morata.
Morata is better than him.
He is more like an extra midfielder, he's good at keeping the ball.
If we are focusing on ball possession like Tare said then Morata is a player built for it. Of course he would be a bench option not a starter.

Of course if Como is offering us a bunch of money then I don't mind selling him.
A striker's job is to score goals. That's one. Focusing on ball possession means taking the time to work the ball into the box and have someone ultimately finishing it. That's two fundamental aspects of the game that need to be ironed out.

If you wanna play possession based football, you need a striker who first and foremost, can score, while also being able to keep the ball.

If your argument being Morata is good at keeping the ball "like an extra midfielder" while ignoring the fact that he's shit at all the fundamentals of being a striker, we might as well just play a midfielder at his place and we can just focus on ball possession with no scoring intention.

What is the point of heavy possession if your striker refuses to attack the box and prefer to hover outside like Morata?

At least Jovic works hard to make himself available to score goals. Because he knows, his main duty is to score.

Maybe thinking of this possession based football turned you into armchair Guardiola, but you're just outsmarting yourself here.
