Albertini: "You don't sign a Balon d'Or winner like Modric and an expensive coach like Allegri if you don't want to return to the very top"

very valid points that could make @Samaldinho and @mrki choke

the ambition is definitely there and very different from when we signed Fonseca, Emerson Royale and Morata

Even if this saga closes with Jashari here, don’t ever deal with these Belgian rats again. There are ways to negotiate at that level. If they insist on 40M it is their prerogative but to sit on a fair offer for days and not reply (based on what is alleged) is not the way to do serious business with larger clubs.

it's probably rooted in desperation but I really didn't expect them to go after a name like Allegri for so many reasons

shame they didn't learn this lesson a year ago

Said it the day we "signed" him, Modric has absolutely ZERO reason to join Milan, if the project wasn't ambitious.
He asked mgmt what the goal was apparently, and they assured him it was to win.

Modric only known winning. it's that simple. He could join anywhere else on a much higher salary if that's that mattered to him... Instead he's playing for his childhood club, who assured him of a competitive club.

Allegri & Tare have only been here for 2-3 weeks. Mercato opened 10 days ago. Relax bro.

They are still trying to clear all the fodder players to see how much money they can spend, and then decide how to spread the budget.

They dont want to repeat the mistakes of the previous SD who spent 70% of the budget on one player.

Do you honestly want to blame Milan for not being able to close the deal with Brugges? Do you just want them to spend money like it's nothing? You yourself said the budget of 30m for two full backs is too little. In order for them to make the budget bigger for the rest of the squad, they need to save a few million here and there. Money doesn't fall from the sky, we need to manage what little budget we have well. We have a lot of signings to do.

Let me save you the trouble of refreshing

Longo: the response will come once Brugge find an EPL club willing to overpay so Milan are forced to match it.
I honestly appreciate the honesty from Brugge, they don’t even have an alternative, just an imaginary one and they are sticking to it

Jsut move on

what’s all the crying about:lol:

commoders wanted to act like brugge SD/CEO when it came to selling reijnders

enjoy it now
And we ain’t no Man City

Just a bigger reseller. That’s why they can afford to tell Jashari, yea we don’t care you are disappointed the next reseller will pay you just as well and you potentially can get even bigger offers for your next stop if you are in the EPL

The timezone difference is so huge and travel distance so long that it doesn't make sense. Playing in Saudi Arabia makes much more sense.
It's truly mind-boggling why on Earth are they doing this... yeah gonna make so much money advertising to the ozzies xDDDD these guys have no idea what they are doing.
And I know we can't play at home cuz of the Olympic games, but surely there were possibilities to play somewhere close and not travel to the end of the world.
This will surely be a hindrance to our season, even if we win the game, its just too much travel in the middle of the season.

Against arsenal

Mike
Jimenez Gabbia Pavlovic Bartesaghi(against saka)
Rlc Rici Fofana
Pul Colombo Leao

Jahahhahaha

We don't look good in any situation. We're navigating the open sea without radar, without a compass, without anything. We're drifting with the tide and hoping for the best. That's how it looks from the outside.

How they can let themselves be humiliated by Bruges like that again is just ridiculous.

This club is simply finished. With that, everything has been said.

Not exactly a fair comparison. Tiji would likely have never accepted Saudi. Within Europe, ok, maybe we could have done a bit better but the Saudi market is a completely different context.
Also one is a striker…the other one is not.

The same striker market where the price tag for Krstovic and Lucca is 40m

What's the reason that Bruges representatives were so disrespectful? I really don't know , can someone please explain?
